It's 12:29 and I'm in line and there are about 12 cars in the line with me. Had someone come up to tell me they are a Door Dasher and that there are 9 bags on the counter from what they could see inside and that not a single employee will let them come inside to grab their order. Making your Door Dashers have to wait in a long line because you don't have enough employees to fulfill drive-thru orders is not the fault of a Door Dashers and nor should they be punished for it by also making them wait in the same line as the rest of us. This location always has issues this time of night with keeping up on stock or getting enough employees to be able to work and take care of customers. Management needs to get on it and also allow Door Dashers to come inside no matter the time to pick up their orders as it makes the drive thru line unnecessarily long as shown in the pics provided.

I hate Taco Bell. Can't believe there is no breakfast, or breakfast salsa. Dakota was a fine gentleman. Gave me all the mediocre sauces that Taco Bell still provides. He was the only good thing about the visit.

Went to this Taco Bell around 2 p.m. I went through the driveway. Order was ok till the rude frustrated cashier Heather, after asking her for a few packets of sauce told us "Next time ask at the window!!!!!! Really!!!!

I have been to this taco bell multiple times and it is always the worst. The service is slow and my food has been messed up before. On this trip, I had a code for a free taco so I ordered one free taco. It took 13 minutes and 22 seconds from pulling in the drive thru and getting my one taco. I even ordered ahead on the app so the store knew the order was coming soon. It was ridiculous how long it took. The drive through also has a barrier so once you are in line, there is no leaving it.

This place is a joke. The food is always gross undercooked or overcooked. The employees here are always rude and treat customers like they are garbage. The inside is gross and uncleaned. The tables are always dirty just like the floors! If you want a good clean and amazing service I recommend the Taco Bell on 62 right after the roundabout. That one is amazing and they know how to truly treat their customers. It's worth the extra drive. Do not go to this one. This Taco Bell is trash!

Went through the drive thru. Knew i wanted the 10 party pack. Tried the new stacker tacos and also got two steak soft shell. The woman in the drive thru that took my order was very patient. I let her know and she joked about by chicago bears coat because she is an Indy Colts fan. The stackers were good but the cheese between the flour tortilla and the hard shell was either not melted or not much cheese at all. The stacker without the doritos is better tasting. Everything else was good...same taco bell. But the service with the drive thru woman was great!!! I mentioned that the menu is too big and she asked what i was looking for. I said i wanted something with steak. She suggested about 3 items until i ordered the steak soft shell tacos. Great suggestions. I know its just fast food but its good to get good customer service. They also gave me plenty of sauces for everything.

Go to any other Taco Bell in town, this one needs to be shit down. Attitude is disgusting, floors disgusting, bathroom disgusting, and they act like this job is rocket science. I've worked for Taco Bell before and this is a shit show. would say apply to another job but by the way they are acting I wouldn't be surprised if no other place called them back.
