I really wanted to like Taqueria Hernandez. Truly, I did. But, alas it just wasn't meant to be. My favorite dinner date stopped and picked up tacos for dinner. I was so excited because I had been craving some good tacos and the truck near my house hasn't been open lately. Most of the meat was dry, including the chorizo. Now, y'all know I don't like greasy chorizo, but I like it dried out and flavorless even less. The barbacoa wasn't too bad, and the pollo part of the choripollo wasn't terrible. Actually, the chicken probably had the most flavor of all of the meats. What was terrible, though, were the sauces. Granted, I'm not a sauce kinda gal, but my FDD didn't like them either, and he is a double the sauce kinda guy. I waited a day to write this review because it pains me to write one that is more negative than positive. But it would pain me more to write one that wasn't true. I may give Taqueria Hernandez another try at some point. However, considering how many places with better tacos are nearby, it will be quite some time before I return.

Had an allergy appointment and was looking for something different to eat besides fast food. Found this place on Yelp and had to try it out. I ordered chicken and chorizo tacos supreme. Chorizo was a little dry but better than it being greasy. I liked the sauces. Also liked their chips and salsa. I was really full after only eating two tacos. I'll be back!

Great family owned business with quality food and excellent service. I had the chicken quesadilla and found the chicken flavor to be to my liking. My dad even said "well, Taco Bell is now dead to us.." lol We went to the food truck located in New Albany on the corner of Daisy and Grantline. Check them out so they stay and maybe we keep growing the food truck scene!

A few people have told me about this raco truck in Advanced Auto Parts parking lot. I havent cooked dinner this week...so decided to try it out. I looked at the website and wrote down what i thought i wanted. Once i got there, i ordered a barbacoa burrito, chicjen quesadilla, 2 steak tacos, 6 barbacoa tacos, 1 cup of esquite corn and a side of rice and beans. The young lady that took my order was helpful and answered all my questions and even gave me some business cards and let me know that they will come to your job for a couple of hours or your neighborhood. That is awesome! As for the food. Had a couple bites of the corn and rice and beans. Both great. Ruce was very fluffy and the beans had a very hearty taste to it. The batbacoa tacos is my favorite!!! You mush get them. Little too much cilantro but i just took some off. Not enough sauces for everything i ordered. I will have to get extra sauces next time. Im taking the burrito and quesadilla for lunch the next two days but i just know im going to love it! My order came just above $40 and i left a $10 tip. Always tip!!!

My wife and I both had a steak burrito. They were made fresh and was very tasty. We were greeted by a friendly young lady who took our order and provided very quick service. We like our burritos with no beans, add rice and our order was made accurately. The burritos were accompanied with a red and green sauce, both very good, though the wife and I both liked the red better. We would return to this location again and would recommend this food truck to others.

Great taco truck. It is run by a family. Plenty of flavor. We enjoy, forgot name, but has mix of steak and chorizo with onions and cilantro. Very good. Nothing has been too spicy.

The asada street tacos were the best I've had. I will definitely go back. The spices and sauces served with them were a perfect pair. It was a good level of spicy for those who like spicy food and hot sauce. The service on the food truck is great. The food was served quickly and the presentation made my mouth water. I recommend you give them a try!
