Stopped after visit of Louisville Slugger Museum. Sat outside to take in the Louisville skyline - beautiful! Have a great dinner; service, brew selections good and great waiter. This is a stop we make a few times a year. Never disappoints!

Wife and I visited for our first time. Sitting in the shade on the back deck. Charlesee was our friendly, informative, perfect server. Wife ordered the Local Pulled Pork sandwich with fries. She liked it, but thought it could have included more meat and more smoked flavor. I ordered the Fish and Chips which is 2 Atlantic Cod filets and fries. I liked it, but would probably order something different next time. There is a 10% discount for my Veteran friends ;)

This review is going to be relatively short and sweet compared to most of my other reviews. I used to brew my own beer and with the explosion of microbreweries throughout Kentuckiana, you have a lot more choices than I used to. I don't drink anymore so I lean on the expertise of some of my old friends when they tell me that not only does Upland have an amazing selection, but it is also one of the best microbreweries in the local area. What I can give an honest assessment of is the food. Everyone expects microbreweries to have tremendous selection of beers but normally they don't focus on food. I can tell you that is not the case with Upland. As much as my friends rave about the beer, I'm going to tell you the food is as much worth the trip as the beer. The soft pretzel is a must for an appetizer, I have eaten the Nashville Hot Chicken, the Blue Flame Burger, and the Inferno Burger. You cannot go wrong with any of those. In my opinion, the Inferno could be spicier but for the majority of foodies, it's probably perfect. I'm a ghost pepper heat type of foodie. My wife loved the Classic burger and a friend of mine has raved about the Beer Cheese Burger. 5-stars to an amazing eatery with an amazing view of the Ohio River. Keep up the great job!!!

Stopped in for an afternoon beer and grabbed a couple of appetizers to start. First of all the service was a bit slow. It took about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged that we were even there waiting for a table and the service didn't get any quicker once we were seated. We had some of their sour beers and all were excellent so worth the wait. Grabbed a couple of appetizers as well and they were good. This is definitely a must stop if you aren't in a hurry!

I'd come back for the Ron Swanson pizza alone! It's a straightforward pizza, much like the namesake character on the TV show Parks and Recreation. It's stone-fired, with ham, bacon, sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella and marinara sauce. It's also gluten-free, which I didn't know when I ordered, but it was very tasty and I could not tell that it didn't have gluten in it. I'm not gluten-free in the slightest, but it's good to know that someone who eats gluten-free will find a tasty pizza here. They have a lot of options on the kids menu -- everything from pork tenderloin sliders to mac & cheese and fish & chips. The kids' cheeseburger (Boomer's Favorite Cheeseburger) is the perfect size for a kid, and comes with your choice of fries or fruit. Get the fries, because they are delicious. Along with a wood-fired pizza, I got a side Caesar salad, which was good. The ingredients were tossed in the dressing, like they should be. The dining room overlooks the Ohio River, with big windows everywhere. During the warmer months, you can also sit on the patio. We visited during the winter, though, so no patio seating. But it did look like they had some igloos. The service was great. I liked our early-20s skater server wearing a Supreme hat. He was very chill.

Nothing special I had never been to upland but heard that if you wore your Pegasus pin, you would get half off an entrée and app. We asked the host about the special, she dismissed us by stating she had no idea and they weren't doing that. We ordered two burgers, the spinach and artichoke dip and two beers. The burgers were nothing special and for $17,50 I was suprised by the lack of flavor. Fries were good, dip was okay. Prices of beers aren't listed.... One we ordered was $9. We did have a pretty view of the water, our waitress took the discount off incorrectly (we didn't say anything). Overall, the food was bland and pretty expensive. I've had better burgers at half the price. Maybe go here if one of the beers online catches your eye but would not recommend.

I absolutely LOVE Upland. This is usually a go to when we are in Jeffersonville. Every staff member we have talked to have been very nice and attentive. It can get busy on Saturdays but luckily we never had to wait long for a table. The food is great. I've tried their salads, burgers and appetizers and everything exceeded my expectations. They also have a big selection of beers and ciders. I tried their apple and peach ciders which I highly recommend. They come in a bottle that can easily be shared but you won't want to. ;) Upland will more than likely be out go to for a long time

Enjoyed a nicely-timed leisurely dinner here at 5 PM on a Saturday. We chose this location prior to heading across the river to the Yum Center for a ticketed event later. Service was fine. The noise level was mild. The views were excellent and the large glass doors at the back of restaurant overlooking the Ohio River had been pushed fully open. I ordered a Turkey and avocado salad with an orange ginger vinaigrette. It was the perfect size and amount for a light dinner without feeling stuffed. Plan to return soon.

What a nice place. The views of the river and Louisville are great. We had pulled pork, fish n chips and burger. They were all very good and appropriate portions. Waiter Juan was very attentive but not overly. I will definitely be back. I felt like I was on vacation!

Nice spot right on the river! Large dining room and bar area inside. Visited in winter so the outdoor bar and patio wasn't open, but walking around it looked like the summer would provide an amazing view and dining experience. Beer is good, food is well prepared and came out pretty quickly. Pricing is surprisingly friendly! Great little spot!
