This was our 2nd time staying at this Best Western and both times everything went flawlessly. We booked the room through Booking.com which sometimes booking through a 3rd party can sometimes cause hiccups but both times we had no issues. Establishment is modern and clean. Front desk staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean, had a microwave and mini fridge, and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with toiletries and towels. Breakfast spread was good with quite a few options (eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, cereal, waffle maker, yogurt, bagels, muffins, milk, Oj, and coffee). Also, there are all kinds of restaurants, gas stations, and other random business right down the road. If I was knit-picking, the only thing that I could say anything negative about was the water pressure in the shower, but the water was hot and it got the job done. Also, their incidental hold is $150.00 which is a bit higher than what I've normally paid at various hotels and for someone who might be on a budget, that could cause issues, but I do understand the necessity for the hold. I have read other reviews saying the area was "sketchy". Obviously those people have not ever been in or around the hood or in an actual "sketchy" neighborhood. I'm assuring you that this hotel is not in a bad area. It is just simply an older part of town that the city is not pouring money into and it's starting to show its age....and that's it. The next time we are in Louisville, we will absolutely be staying here again!

We called ahead to ensure that this location was pet friendly and they were. We booked a room online, received our confirmation in the app. Check in was very easy. The breakfast spread was nice and plentiful. Check out was just as easy. There are a lot of comments about the area. I didn't feel unsafe in the parking lot, even when checking in closer to midnight. The area may not be the best, but the location was fine. We even decided to stop at this location on the way back too, so we stayed here twice within a week. No issues at all.

I have never been so disrespected by a hotel front desk! After waiting on hold for nearly an hour, and trying to call back several times, Jessica finally answered. Her response "yes I know how long you've been on hold." This is how employees cause a business to lose customers.

Hotel appears clean and well maintained, BUT: Walls are thinner than paper. Neighbors "enjoyed" their stay. Kids running up and down the halls. Air conditioner allows room to become a sweat box before coming on. Elevator noise at all hours. No vending machines and drinks/snacks at front desk totally depleted. Ice machines only on 3rd floor and higher. Very little sleep. Very sketchy neighborhood. WILL NOT BE BACK. Corporate customer service website/form doesn't work demonstrating the amount of care/concern for their reputation. EDIT Woke up to 6 police cars on a felony stop outside my window.

I'll start with the good. It was new looking and clean. The staff was friendly. The Bad: Bad neighborhood, did not feel safe outside of hotel at anytime. Our room #212 was right above their convention hall. Had to listen to loud thumping music well past midnight. Breakfast was a greasy mess. Choose this place at your own risk.

Absolutely the BEST Best Western we have ever stayed in! The hotel was immaculately clean, it smelled amazing the the rooms were top tier! The front desk stays were all very kind but Miss Cheyanne was by far the absolute best hotel employee I have ever met! She was courteous, knowledgeable and so so so helpful! She was attentive and and kind which is exactly what we needed after an exhausting 12 hour drive from New Orleans! After 3 days in New Orleans in the french quarter and I say, without a doubt, the Best Western Premier in Louisville has the Maison Dupuy in New Orleans BEAT by a landslide! AND the best western had a continental breakfast that was phenomenal! My boyfriend love their hot breakfast the 2 days we were there! We only intended on staying one night but stayed another because it was such a great experience and we were close to family in Louisville! The hotel offered a shuttle, had a pool, and had plenty of handicap parking which is a must for us! We cannot wait to come back and stay at the Best Western Premier again!

Wow! This was a very nice hotel. Employees were over the top! Our stay was outstanding. The restaurant area was very clean. Parking lot was well lit and appeared recently paved. Complete turnaround from how this hotel looked in 2016. They spent major time and money to update this location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was stocked well with plenty of options. Location was accessible and close to other places like Krispy Kreme

Just had my 35 year class reunion. This hotel was awesome. Beautifully remodeled rooms. The entire hotel is first class. It was a perfect venue for our class reunion. The staff was excellent, food was great and we all had a great time. Highly recommend you stay here if your in town. Breakfast was great too.
