Bdubs is consistent and sometimes that's all you need. We door dashed and the mozzarella sticks and fries were cold but that's the price you pay.

As of 10/30/12 Buffalo Wild Wings is running a great deal. Two people / two entrées / two sides / two fountain drinks / $20.00 in total. I went with 10 boneless chicken wings - 5 Asian Zing + 5 Maple Chipotle and a side of potato wedges! You can't go wrong with Asian zing and I was pleasantly suprised by the new maple chipotle flavor (though I think it is spicier than the hot scale tells you). No matter the time of day or the location I go to all Louisville Buffalo Wild Wings seem to be understaffed. In my experience, your meal is going to take longer than you would like - but the service you do get is friendly. The atmosphere is a sports bar - y'all get it!

Mia was friendly and fast . We did the unlimited appetizers and they were delicious. She kept the apps coming and our classes full. She was a delight. It was a typical crowd so a little noisy.

The service here is so hit and miss that my last two times have been completely different experiences! First time was around 9 and it was very slow, just like our service. ‍ The next time we went for happy hour and the bartender was our server. We were sitting at a table in the outer edge of the bar area (actually the exact same table as the time above) and he was very attentive and friendly. I had their Nashville Hot wings & was really disappointed by how *not* hot they were. I was expecting more. We love going to play trivia, and that makes it a fun place to hang out.

We love our BDubs! Great food, cold beer and all the sports! Plus, you wont find better service than this crew! From Clinton, the manager, to our favorite server Jamie and favorite bartender, Molly! If you haven't tried them lately, YOU NEED TO!

Food was good. Our host was excellent but what i did not like is how we were waiting for her to come and check us out but they gave her last two tables away and made her clean up to end her shift and let another host get her credit and tip on the hosting and service she gave us. So not ok. Please do better because they already don't make money and I know the tips helps them a lot. But she was tip by me personally for her wonderful service and excellent attitude. Oh and my hubby love how all the sports was and and the place was clean and mood was chill

If you want to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings ...do yourself a favor and drive to the one in Jeffersontown. One person in our party slipped on food on the floor and tripped on a high chair while walking to our table. We told our server that my friend fell to the floor and she said that that other server has been told for over two hours to clean it up. No manager came over to check on her or file a report NOTHING! The food was mediocre and had to wait for our checks. Again go to the Jeffersontown restaurant....the food, service, and atmosphere is wonderful!

Nostalgia is what keeps me coming back. Every time I've been here since the early 2010's has been a disappointment. In the past, I could at least hang my hat on good service, but that is gone. Once we were seated in a nearly empty restaurant, we waited to place beverage orders for way too long. Our non-alcoholic beverages were delivered fairly quickly, but the cocktails we ordered were not. The ice used the chill the drink was completely melted by the time the beverage made it to our table. The food was sub-par. The wings were delivered at room temperature. Apparently they no longer segregate wing flavors so that my mango habanero mixed, rather unpleasantly, with the much less spicy BBQ. Not ideal when multiple people are splitting wings. Go anywhere else. A lot has changed over the past 20 years, and the expectation that BW3 can be considered edible if one of those changes.

My brother had order some wings and fries with cheese. No only did we not get no cheese with the fries, but we were short on our wings by 10. when we tried to talk to a manager about it we were left on hold for a total of 40 minutes, getting a cashier 2 more times before finally getting a manager.
