A few days ago, I went to this DQ's drive through for a soft serve cone. The clerk asked me to hold on and that he would be with me in a moment. A full 10 minutes later I left the drive through. A few days later, I thought I'd try again. The drive through had 3 cars stacked up. So, I went inside where another gentleman was waiting for service. 10 minutes later, I spoke up and got the attention of a manager sweeping the floor rather than helping customers. She snapped at the only other obvious employee and told him to stop what he was doing and help the customers. Apparently, that hadn't occurred to him. He preferred stacking cups. I've never seen a more indifferent team managing a restaurant. My advice? Skip this DQ unless you have an abundant amount of time to wait and you have an insatiable desire for a soft serve or hunger buster.

Dairy Queen is primarily an ice cream treat spot for us and always a drive thru experience. This spot provided our expectations. We ordered two blizzards and one slushie. Blizzards were fine, the slushie was a mess and we never figured out what my husband received LOL. It was closer to a blue raspberry float with ice cream. Service to order was fast. We only waited a few minutes after payment to receive the order and the employee walked out our treats.

I've always had bad service from here, people are usually rude. Just hit extra hard tonight. I know your machine isn't "down for the next 20 minutes." That would be pretty convenient as they also closed in 20 minutes. I was greeted with," just so you know, we only have fried food." I understand pre-closing, as a former food service employee. However every menu item is still expected to be available.

What is up with the Dairy Queen location on Poplar Level road? We've been to this Dairy Queen 3 or 4 times since I posted the previous review. When you pull up it's either. Let's grab some dinner "The grills are down" Or Let's grab an after dinner dessert "The ice cream machine is down" We've had one successful trip to this DQ in the last 2 years. We visit less and less, eventually we're going to completely stop visiting

I love DQ but this is not the one to visit. I just want this place to be better as generally I love a good frozen treat. But, it's always a long wait in the drive through. I usually stick it out, but so many cars leave before or after ordering because the waits exceed 15-20min. I've been a few times and had incomplete orders from missing food items. I might chock this up to being very busy, but most of the time I visit when it's a slow time.

Cleanest Dairy Queen I have ever been in and sweetest lady taking care of the restaurant as we were in the store. Food is always great especially the Dilly bars. Thanks again Dairy Queen customer service.

DQ is always a nice change of pace from the traditional fast food joints. The food is always freshly prepared and pretty tasty. Much better selection than other places. Their breakfast items are great There's also a 10% senior discount.

Waited 20 minutes in the Drive thru just to have my order taken. Then 15 to get to the window all for them to hand me the wrong order. When I told them that I didn't have the right blizzards they just told me "that was what I ordered." I didn't feel like holding up the line and arguing so I went on with my day. This is my 4th (of 4 visits) bad experience here. Average wait over 30 minutes and really poor customer service. It's a shame since they're right next to my house but this place just can't figure it out.

Sysco Truck unloading. Line of cars seven deep. Three cars pulled in and pulled out. The manager walks around parking lot on his cell phone seemingly oblivious to the cars turning around and pulling out. I got out of drive thru line to go inside. Four young males standing between the front counter and the drive thru window taking up space and chatting. One standing, arms folded. One guy on his phone the entire time I was waiting, never looked up. One guy leaning. Then in walked a fourth guy from outside. He walked right up to the register. I thought finally, someone was going to take my order. This gut had just arrived from outside and didn't wash or sanitize his hands. Just clocked in at the register, announced his time, and went to stand with the others. I walked out. I had given 15-20 of my time waiting outside and inside, without so much as a head nodd of my acknowledgment. Sad. Just totally oblivious people standing, on cell phones while the manager is walking the parking lot. around. Sad. I figurwd I've wasted this much of my day... I might as well take a few more minutes to write tjis review.
