Placed an order for 2 items, received 2 phone calls from the location about an hour after. Missed the calls so I called back, when they finally answered they said they didn't know why they called but assured me the food was in the oven. Fast forward to an hour later, still no delivery or updates online, i called back. They then said the order was the next to go in the oven... 2 hours, no updates, no food, not even sure the food touched the oven. This isnt the first time this location gave me issues but it WILL be the last time i order!

I would probably say this is one of the better Domino's pizza to go to In Louisville. I order through the app and they are typically good about the timing on pick up. Food always fresh and pretty much ready when I get there. Staff is friendly just about every time I been there. I will keep on coming back.

The customer service is awful and it took my pizza two hours to get to me. They would not pick up the phone to answer if I was even going to get my order. DO NOT GO HERE

Never answer the phone. They will actually pick the phone up but they just set it down so you're left talking to the air. Staff is always rude. Delivery drivers mess up the pizza at least 38% of the time. It's amazing they stay open.

So, I place a phone order from our nearby hotel. I was surprised to get a national call center--really?? I was told the pizza would arrive in 30-40 minutes. At an hour and a half I go down to the hotel bar and order some food since we were starving for something. After almost exactly two hours, there is a knock on the door. The delivery guy is surprised that I reject the pizza. Don't need it at that time.
