I was recently in a rear end accident, where i was left with back pain that will never subside. I rented a vehicle after i made a claim, and i got good service when i picked it up, not to mention how busy it was being that it was a Friday evening. I called after a month to see if i could switch vehicles due to the uncomfortable seats, with a possibility to find something more suitable for me. I spoke with Noah over the phone, and from the time he answered, to the time we ended the call, he gave not only professional feedback, but was very understanding of my request. This location of Enterprise Rent-A-Car is a good one. Unfortunately, I went through a period of time where I was having issues with one of my car tires. I ended up having to be in a rental for some time, and I went through several different rental cars. I have worked with a few different Enterprise locations, and this one was one of the better ones to deal with. Plus, it's very close to the dealership where I purchased my vehicle, so it was very convenient to pick-up and drop-off vehicles here. And the staff were always very friendly and helpful. If you're looking to rent a car, I think this location of Enterprise is a good place to do it.

They gave me a dirty car at 9am auto body shop when I dropped off my car for an insurance claim and said go switch it out at the airport. I called customer service to verify that this was possible and she said yes go there at 10am which I did. The girl at the airport enterprise said that her manager said that they could not do this as long as other branch locations are open. I called a few other locations to see if they had a better, cleaner car and they said I had to go back to the location I picked up. I went back to this location and the guy calls the Buechel location and said I could get a call from them if someone cancels their reservation. I go online to see if I could reserve a premium vehicle for 11:30 based on their availability at the Buechel location and indeed it was available. I arrive at the Buechel location at 11:30 and they said they don't have anything available to switch me to when I see a parking lot full of them and told me to go back to the Dixie location. Terrible customer service for all 3 locations when they put me in a disgustingly dirty car to begin with and NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY to provide a customer with the service they have patiently asked for over 3 hours now! Ridiculous and disappointing to see such lazy workers and managers at all locations not to mention false advertising practices. If you make a reservation based on availability for a specific class of car it should be honored. It 2021 people....you can't tell me that your systems can't distinguish what's rented and and what's not and if that's the case it time upgrade.

wish I could give zero stars. These jerks just allowed me to be dropped off 20 miles from home at a satellite location where there are no people. I get a call while waiting to be picked up that the car is not going to be available for two more days. seriously?

My husband and I rent cars pretty often to travel out of town. After our last experience with Enterprise, we will no longer be using their services. We did a walkthrough on the car we were provided before driving off the lot, however, we unfortunately didn't think to fully check the windshield. About 15 minutes after driving off the lot we noticed a crack in the very bottom right of the windshield. We called and notified Enterprise straight away as we were very adamant that crack did not occur while we had the car as we would have heard something hit the windshield and the crack had already spread. Enterprise were unwilling to work with us and disregarded our phone call resulting in a bill for over $400 for the repair. We are extremely dissatisfied with their customer service.

I have rented from Enterprise many times before and have always thought they provided excellent customer service and I was reminded of that on my most recent visit. A very last minute issue arose and I was left with no vehicle and had to be at work in less than 2 hrs. They put me in a vehicle with a free upgrade and out the door in time to have lunch before I got to work. No need to go anywhere else. Thanks Again Enterprise.

Enterprise on Dixie (40258) is my go-to option for business and personal travel. Have rented from this location for several years now and can honestly say that I have never had a negative experience. They provide clean, reliable, new model cars and have me in and out in no time. Some of the complaints that I see about waiting times are unfortunate but it is the nature of the business. Our customer expectations have become unreasonable with everyone expecting instantaneous availability in nearly every aspect of our lives. Just because you may have to wait in a line to be waited on because a business is at a peak volume time doesn't dictate that the customer service provided is insufficient or poor. The manager at this location goes above above and beyond every opportunity that he has to do so. He has consistently exceeded my expectations. Having to travel for business on a regular basis gives me a realistic perspective of "poor" customer service and it is not even in the same ballpark with the experience of renting at the Dixie location. For example: I am currently in Houston and had to rent from a competitor rental company because Enterprise had no availability on my arrival date into Hobby Houston airport. Even as a "preferred" member, my wait was more than an hour in line even with a reservation that was in place well in advance of my trip. Enterprise has never had poor service in comparison to this. I enjoy doing business with them and value this location especially. They are dependable, convenient and over the top when it comes to the level of customer service provided. Our car was hit by another vehicle. The other driver's insurance paid for our car repairs and set us up with the rental through Enterprise. They gave us a bigger vehicle, practically brand new. Very nice, unfortunately, a smoker had driven it at some point before. You know how it is, no matter how much the car is cleaned, once a smoker, always a smoker. It wasn't a big deal, since we rarely drove it that week. We did go ahead and fill it up, but they charged us the $20 for a fill up when it was returned. when we caught it, they did remove that charge from our credit card. All in all, we're happy with Enterprise Rent-a-Car, We have been renting from them for many years with no or minimal problems.
