Rented a vehicle from the downtown location (8th street) for a weekend family trip. Upon arrival I could easily see this place is BUSY! (In a good way) The location was prime and easy to get to. The premises and Office were well taken care of . ALL the staff were super kind and friendly. But I came to purposely mention Carmen! Upon arrival, the phone was ringing off the hook with calls. She was the only one answering. She instantly apologized and explained kindly that she was the only one there. I witnessed several phone calls while I was there and a few customers walking in , Carmen was extremely kind and courteous to each person that she dealt with,Treating them with respect and dignity, she stayed calm and patient during all situations, her mood never changed, Smiling, even though she clearly had a lot on her plate,as she was the only one doing it all! (Phones and customers) She didn't seem stressed out at all. Her management was excellent. Five star! I highly recommend this enterprise location, especially if you are looking for excellent customer service! My positive experience with my pick up, allowed for a very enjoyable weekend! Thank you soooooo much for waiting for us after closing time. We were running a bit late but called them to notify and they were more than accommodating for us. They waited till we got there and made sure we were able to drive away in our rental. Thank you so much!!!! Ohh and our car was very clean, everything was working and overall just a good experience.

Nice people working at this office. I was going to get a Nissan Altima, but they explained that it smells like marijuana, so they suggested a different car. So I had to wait a few minutes for a different car. It's a good thing too. What would my wife have said if she smelled that? Haven't gotten this one yet so I'll have to tell you if it's smells like marijuana. But it's probably okay. I had good service both checking out the car and returning it. When I returned the car, they wanted to give me a lift the one mile back to the hotel. But I wanted to walk. They thought I was sort of screwy for thinking that, but I explained that I was from the San Francisco area and they understood.

I rented a car from this business 6-19-23. I went to put gas in the car and the fuel door failed to open. I inserted my thumb nail in a crack on the side of the fuel door and the door fell off due to a broken hinge. I drove the car to Enterprise and explained to them what happened. Theey claimed they wouuld not have charged me with damages if I had not tried to opened the. fuel door. I am an 80 year old female and they took advantage of me by charging. me $365 dollars for something that was broken before I rented the car.

I had to get a rental from the bardstown road highland store when in the subway drive thru another car backed in to me I called Enterprise he talked to them admitted fault filed a claim with his insurance company I sent the claim number and everything to enterprise when I returned the car Cody lost the insurance info for the guy who hit me now they want me to pay run from this company fast as u can

Regardless of business or pleasure, Enterprise is my exclusive car rental service. Even if this type of thing is an anomaly for the reader, it is worth creating an account with Enterprise Plus Points. Based on the number of days of service and total dollar amount spent, a customer racks up points. These may be redeemed for free upgrades on the size & perks of a vehicle as well as free rental days. Since my employer requires me to make reservations on average, twice a month, I bank all of my points to use for personal use. I haven't paid anything more than the taxes and fees that are not able to be discounted in over two years. This is extremely handy when I need a truck for moving purposes or something to ride around in while on vacation. Between having an office downtown and living in Old Louisville, the facility has proved to be a convenient location for my needs. Overnight parking is permitted on site. Pick up and drop off services may be arranged within the 10 mile driving range per the Enterprise policy. I have not had much issue with scheduling a reservation last minute or making changes to an existing booking at this location. It is important to note that they can get very busy out of nowhere, due to being so close to the high number of office buildings downtown. I also really enjoy the staff here- Vicki and Peyton are consistently accommodating and provide excellent customer service!
