This is a mom-and-pop business family owned. While I absolutely adore this little restaurant they have some major issues. Products are often not in stock but their online sites don't update enough. I most recently ordered a salad online, they didn't have it when I went for pickup, but charged me for it- I asked for a refund, they said they'd give it to me but didn't. I still don't have my refund, I asked twice more, still nothing. Actually going to my bank at this point never did receive the product... Would not recommend anyone wasting time or their money here. Update: 12/11/17 The owner refunded my money- see below: Im glad for the refund but that doesn't change my opinion on my reviews.

I work in the Watterson Towers and One of the best things about it is this little restaurant. You can tell from the decor that the owner really cares about ambiance. The food is excellent too. I seem to always order the breakfast platter in the mornings. It's always hot, fresh and fast. I mix it up for lunch though I love the Buffalo grilled cheese. The staff is super friendly too. Hannah and Amy always go out of their way for me. I can't say enough great things about this place

The hours on the website are incorrect. You can be in the middle of ordering something and then they randomly inactivate all of their grill items so you can't order them. Then I tried to call them to see what was going on and of course A: the didn't answer the phone and B: they don't have their voicemail box set up. A lot of people depend on this place and they just don't seem to care. Anytime you go here they WILL be out of stock of something. From food to forks to condiments... something will be missing. The only reason I still mess with this place is that it cost me less to go here as opposed to ordering something delivery. ALSO... they have changed their fries three times and the new ones are terrible and taste like chewy grease.

A friggin good breakfast sammich. One of those biscuit, egg, cheese + crispy fried bacon kinds that you get from a sketchy looking gas station. Be prepare for a little cooking grease to be on the outside of everything you order from there. It's the charm of the place. What's not charming is that the young chicken who works there brings her baby to work everyday. The littler chicken sleeps in a pack and play all day behind the counter. It's kinda weird.

Nothing more than a business breakfast and lunch for the workers in the offices, no need to make a drive for it. One step better than School lunch and breakfast

I work in the area and decided against my better judgement to try ordering a simple house salad from Executive Bistro. Normally, I always bring my lunch on this day I did not. When I hear the word "Executive" in the title of a restaurant I expect for the taste of the food to be on point. I was completely wrong on this one. Ordered the House Salad with fried chicken just a simple salad. The plastic container was filled with just iceberg lettuce most of it was wilted. Salad was filled with carrot shreds. It was the kind of salad in a bag that you buy at Kroger, croutons were unseasoned and unflavorful. Let's not forget about the fried chicken it was bland to high heaven, no flavor anywhere and chopped so small I couldn't even see it. I expected at the least the salad dressing to be made homemade since the title of the restaurant is called "Executive". Dressing was the just store bought. This salad was nasty, could have made this at home for less than the $10 that I paid. Salad was thrown in the trash. Please remove the word "Executive" from the title and just keep Bistro. Could have had a better flavorful salad at Zaxbys or Krogers salad bar for less money. Let's not forget they ran out of plastic bags to put your food in, the girl at the counter went to the back to give me a Meijer bag with a sticky substance on the outside of it.
