WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!! Don't fly them unless you don't care when you get to where your going and like sleeping in airports because, and like not getting any communication from airport staff The flight crew was great. I hope Frontier treats their employees better then their customers. I'm only giving one star because of the flight crew and I can't post this unless I give a rating.

If I could give them a ZERO I would! Make sure you check posts from other areas they fly in and out of....... all I can say is buyer beware. Not reliable at all!!

I have not flown Frontier in many years due to bad reviews. Well I learned the reviews are100% right and Frontier sucks more than anyone said. Zero customer service. Southwest 100 times better and comparable price. Apparently Frontier thinks their time is more valuable than ours. Guess what Frontier. It isn't. Never ever again. And as I go into my retirement travel, I hope the $20 you saved by not opening a window to check in was worth it. I will work to lose you as much business as possible!!!!

If I could give less the 1 star I would. The absolute worst airline. Unfortunately it seems that frontier would rather nickel and dime its passengers than be upfront about their costs. When you order a ticket and cancel it within 30 minutes, you shouldn't be charged a $99 service fee just for cancelling the flight. Worst airline I've ever dealt with and I don't plan on ever using them again.

HORRIFIC Experience! Don't be lured by cheap fares. I promise you'll regret it in the end. We made it to our destination via their direct flight, but when it was time to fly home 3 days later Frontier cancelled our flight without warning. We were stranded. Their next flight to our hometown wasn't until 2 days later. They said it was due to the weather, but where we were vacationing and back home the weather was in the 60's and sunny. In the end we had to book a return flight in the airport and pay 6 times what we spent originally with Frontier. Unfortunately, we had to wait 8 hours for that return flight- getting home at midnight. This was not the ending to a vacation we had been looking forward to. The next day, I contacted Frontier for a full refund. After 4 hours on the phone being told no and 5 intentional hang-ups by "supervisors", I was persistent and finally reached someone that gave me a 100% return- both to and from our destination plus baggage fees. I assume they figure customer they mistreat will give up after the first no. The moral of this story is - you get what you pay for. I was fooled by the cheap fare, but in the end I really paid for it! Please don't fly Frontier.

I would advise anyone trying to fly Frontier to not do so this airline is nothing but a rip off will provide you with a cheap flight but charge you 55 dollars for any bag you use to bring on the airplane nothing is free not even water. It was nothing but hell from beginning to end with frontier from being denied my flight because The agent wanted to be nasty instead of helping me to being charge for my bag to return home but not going. I never felt like this with any other airline. They did nothing to justify anything that happened to me only blame me for everything which is crazy as a paying customer I should have been treated much better then I was but no worries they never have to worry about me flying frontier ever again. I'll stick with American Airlines

This is a joke charging !!!!!!!!!! 50.00 for baggage less than 20 pounds and then if you have a round trip ticket they get it both ways so it was 100.00 dollars for my 20 pound bag that was failed to be mentioned to me until I checked my account.This Airline also charges for drinks and the snacks have they ever rode on the other airlines United Delta Southwest I mean "com on man" the seats dont even recline. IF I DIDN'T HAVE THIS ROUND TRIP TICKET ALREADY PURCHASED

I bought insurance on my flight and a week before the flight I called to cancel because it was a surprise present for my boyfriend and we decided on something else. I called frontier and was on hold for 30 minutes with Lennon Naik and he told me he could not refund my flight and that if I wanted to cancel it I needed to call the insurance company and prove a reason why I am canceling my flight by sending in a doctors note or ext. So my point here is do not purchase insurance because you can not cancel a flight unless someone dies and you can prove it. Also it is $100 to have CARRY ON LUGGAGE! This is insane. Customer service is terrible and I will never fly Frontier again!
