Nice hotel in downtown Louisville. Decent location as far as restaurants and downtown area. There was a bunch of restaurants a few blocks away. Nice staff here as well. Pleasant and accommodating. There's a huge lobby area with a snack bar and a coffee station as well. This is also where they serve breakfast as well. Theres also an outside seating area too. The rooms were nice . Kitchenettes and microwave in the room and they were clean and comfortable. There was also an indoor pool and gym as well. I would stay here again when I'm in the area again.

Got a deal through the Hotels Tonight app. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Sheets and towels were clean. It was quiet, staff was great, and breakfast buffet is included. There is a lounge area with TV, and snacks and beverages are available for purchase. Parking is behind hotel and across the street. You pay for parking by scanning a QR code on the sign outside or at hotel desk - super easy! I would definitely stay here again, just a few blocks from downtown Louisville in NULU ("New Louisville", an area with new developments).

Struggling Hilton property: great location & patient staff couldn't quite make up for what was missing. Booked this for a lull during business trip. Judging from ads, it seemed like a good spot to water-walk my post-op knee & catch up on work email. On arrival -- pool was bone dry & Wi-fi was down. Wi-fi was supposed to be back any minute, but was out for the duration of my 2 night stay. I liked the room except for the mold on ceiling over shower/tub. Pay-only hotel parking launched me into the neighborhood for street parking. My assessment: come for the proximity to super restaurants, not the hotel amenities.

We stayed at this hotel in a room with a king bed and pull out couch during Gazebo Fest. The hotel is average but has nice amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc for long term stays. The bed was okay not too comfortable but a tolerable stiff. There are a lot of pros though such as the walking distance proximity to a lot of attractions and restaurants downtown Louisville. The pool is very small and fits 2 families at most. The chlorine smell takes over the front lobby a bit. They also have a gym which has a peloton bike, elliptical, treadmills, and free weights. It was somewhat clean. The water machine looks beat up. There's plenty of parking around the hotel but you have to pay for it separately and can't charge it to your room. The hotel serves basic breakfast in the mornings which is also nice. I would consider staying again but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Food ran out at breakfast at 9. Even though breakfast runs to 10, when we asked for food to be put out they also refused to help. No one offered anything, even sympathy. I'll never return. Also, see photo, no towels no washcloths

Great location in downtown Louisville with a few restaurants within walking distance and lots of stuff within scooter distance. Yes, Louisville has the Lime and Bird scooters. That said, the neighborhood is up-and-coming so be sure you've locked your doors and leave valuables out of sight. Nothing happened during my stay, just be aware. Five nights here and it was comfortable. The room was clean and because not many people are traveling these days, it was especially quiet. A little bit of road noise and a little bit of hallway noise, but nothing excessive. I left the DND on the door the whole time and I was not disturbed. Comfortable bed, great wifi and a mini-kitchen with dishwasher and full-sized fridge. I was able to have a decent breakfast every morning before starting my day. Due to COVID, there was no breakfast and the lobby coffee wasn't great. Still, it was a nice stay and I would definitely choose this property again if I want to be downtown. Two words- BED BUGS. I woke up to bites all over my arms. This hotel may be in a cool spot but it's not worth it. Find a different place to stay.

Bed bugs and appalling treatment. I woke up on Friday night, itchy and warm. I was COVERED in hives. I found a bed bug in bed. I immediately went downstairs (still in my pajamas) and informed the front desk. I showed her the pic of the bed bug on my phone. I also showed her the welts that was covering my arms, stomach, and legs. The woman looked completely unsurprised. No apologies. Didn't ask what she could do. I asked for another room. Which she provided. I also asked to have the manager call me. No one contacted me. I called and spoke with an assistant manager. She asked me to email the photos. Which I did. The assistant manager told me the standard procedure is to have a company (I think Ecolab?) come out and "inspect the room." And look for signs of bed bugs. Again. Completely uncaring. She also didn't seem to believe me. And still no response. Bed bugs can travel home with you and infest your entire house! You may not have a severe reaction to the bug bites as I did so you may not even realize that you're bringing unwanted guests home with you. Also, in reviewing previous complaints posted on TripAdvisor, it appears that management always responds by stating they found no bugs in the room. (How convenient.) I'm incredibly upset by the way this hotel is choosing to handle this situation. I can understand that bed bug issues can happen. What I can't understand is the mistreatment of guests.

This is one of those absolutely terrible virtue, signaling hotels that has some kind of motion detector, or some other nonsense, the shut off your air conditioning when you leave your room, so that when you come back at the end of the day, your room is sweltering, hot, muggy, terrible, and uncomfortable. This was during a trade show when they charged well over $300 a night. Let's be honest, they don't care at all about "the environment", they care about cutting their electric bill cost to make customers stay in an uncomfortable room, without passing along any discount to the customer. I do not pay $300 a night to WHERE THEY DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING!!!

This is one of my favorite hotels! The rooms are furnished with a full fridge(w/ice trays and an ice maker), a dishwasher, full sink equipped with a garbage disposal! And lastly and most importantly A MICROWAVE. most hotels do not have these, so definite perk! Hotel also includes a workout room and a swimming pool. The hotel is also furnished with a nice flat screen television, comfortable beds, a couch, ottoman, and a curtain to close off the bed from the sitting areas. The lobby includes an area for free breakfast in the mornings which ends at 10 am I believe, plenty of sitting room and a television for viewing. There's also a small "store" for quick/small mix-nacks or treats if needed in the middle of the night! Located in nulu which is great as there are many attraction to simply walk to. The parking is $19 per car per night which is kind of pricey being that each night will already run you $160-170 a night. However overall great staff great experience. Love to see it!
