the self service kiosk mx915 card readers were all unable to read the chip cards. It's not the card. I have worked on those for a long time. Get them repaired. Maybe also cut out the self service, because since that started there is nobody up front and if there is no way to pay for your order, what do you think the mood of the customer will be?

McDonald's located inside the Edgewood/lynview portion of Lousiville Kentucky. I actually grew up in the neighborhood near this McDonald's so I visited it a whole bunch as a toddler and youngster. By now everyone is familiar with McDonald's and has an opinion of if they like there food or not. So I'll leave that portion out and base my reviews on these locations on the service and cleanliness. Over the years this location has gotten worse. At one point it was one of the better McDonald's and processed lines pretty quickly and had semi friendly workers consistently. Over the last 5 years or so all that has become a crap shoot. You can be stuck in line for a long time at this location. Overall it does the trick. You kinda know what your getting yourself into when visiting a McDonald's. Nothing special or out of the ordinary with this specific Preston Highway location.

I rarely go to McDonald's. This was probably the first time in over two years. I have been to this McDonald's in the past and it has generally not been a great experience. Today wasn't bad. I was waited on by a very pleasant woman and I was in and out in about one minute. It started poorly. I woke up and got it in my head that I wanted a steak egg and cheese bagel from McDonald's. Apparently they stopped making those over a year ago. Well crap. Now I don't like sounding like that old fart that says everything was better in my day. Today's music sucks. Teenagers today... blah blah blah. It's not true. Rock isn't worse than big band. Rap isn't worse than rock. But McDonald's used to be great. When I was growing up you could smell a McDonald's from a mile away. They used to load their fryers with tallow. They had the best French fries the world has ever known. They used to fry burgers on flat tops and apply cheese to the burger while it was still on the grill. Now they cook them at ten am and put them into these steam drawers. McDonald's is not responsible for the world's growing obesity problem. People thinking that making French fries in canola oil instead of tallow is healthy is. McDonald's isn't supposed to be healthy. Would a snickers bar be better if you didn't put sugar in it? McDonald's needs to get rid of the salads and go full on fast food. Back to their roots. Sales will boom.

I honestly enjoy McDonald's for coffee(not often) but I never enjoy this particular location. Very disorganized, very messy and long wait times. All things I try to avoid, but this location is very good at being bad. I usually try to be understanding with fast food places, but this location is honestly always awful when I stop in.

It's McDonald's so you know what the food is. The issue with this location is service speed. If there are any cars in the drive through you should pass. Numerous times I've sat at the order station for several minutes before being greeted. I know how hard it is to find good staff. This location has failed at that challenge.

Ok so im dead hungry when i went. I order fish sandwich with lettuce tomatoes and onions and a happy meal... When i get to my destination which wasnt far. I go to bite into my sandwich and Boom there it is a fish sandwich wit no fish. I dont remember saying hold tbe fish. WTF!!! how do you make a sandwich and not put the meat into it.. When i took it back they thought it was funny.. REALLY"!"

Service is bad and they got my order wrong twice. Whenever the manager came to try and fix it she could not wrap her head around lettuce only. They added extra food to our order and forgot to bring out my mcgriddle they had to fix because they put it on a bagel.
