Breakfast at Panera is always good. The food was hot and filling this Rising. I had ok service through the drive thru. The ambiance was giving dark and foggy today lol I had the steel cut oatmeal and the new iced crème brûlée coffee.

I'm updating to 5 stars! It seems they've finally (!!) figured out that clean floors but dirty tables aren't what customers want. They've just completed a makeover, so right now it's all Nice and clean. Yay! Good food and good deals with the app. I'm a huge fan of the sip club!

Sure it can be hit or miss sometimes but this time was a hit. We ordered the Pick 2 combo that actually gave us a bigger salad than we expected or had received in the past. The soups were both hot and we always enjoy the bread that accompanies the Pick 2. Ok, I could use a little more dressing for the salad. Otherwise a good experience.

I can't say that I've always had the best experience at Panera. I can remember being pregnant and crying when the Gorgonzola was left off my salad. I've had some small chicken servings on my chicken salad. I've had my food delivered and smell so strongly of cigarettes, I could barely stomach it. But tonight, Panera for the win! I'm not sure if they've had changes in management. I called tonight after an especially bad day of weather in Louisville. Nobody has power. I tried so many places before I finally called Panera. A manager, I presume, answered and I regret not making a note of his name. I could guess, but I don't want to be wrong. It was after 8pm. They close at 9. He was friendly. He seemed genuinely happy to help. He said he looked forward to seeing us soon. So, I took a leap of faith. I got online and I placed an order for 2 you pick 2s. One was with broccoli cheddar soup and the new pesto caprese sandwich and the other for the broccoli cheddar soup and the green goddess chicken salad with feta added. We were surprised by the size of the sandwich. My husband and I split the sandwich and the salad. Both were delicious. The soup is always good. I'm pretty sure Panera stays in business based on broccoli cheddar soup alone. Long story short, this was a solid amount of food for cheap on night everyone else shut down early. It exceeded my expectations and whoever is working at Panera on Poplar Level in Louisville tonight (March 3rd) seems to be doing their job well.

Be prepared to wait for your food to be made incorrectly from the order you placed on their tablet. Might as well have customers making the salads and sandwiches in the back after you place your order. It might be correct then and they would have more people prepare food

There are days I just fly out of the house to get to my part time job. And if I failed to prepare lunch-or even have time for breakfast, Panera comes to the rescue. Honestly, I don't think their breakfast sandwiches are anything special, but they are a healthier alternative to an Egg McMuffin with the hash-browns I don't have the willpower to resist. Besides, their ciabatta bread sure beats an English muffin. This time, I skipped the sandwich and went with a "pick your two". I went with a cup of chicken noodle soup and half Asian Chicken salad. Soup for breakfast. Salad for lunch. I was pleased the soup wasn't overly salted. The broth, noodles & chicken weren't up to my wife's standards, but still, very good. The salad was also good, although I'd like to compare a half salad to a full order. Crisp lettuce. Too many fried wonton crisps. And chicken that was a tad rubbery. Dressing on the side, when applied, hid that minor fault. I ordered and paid via their app. I received notice my order was ready for pickup and to find it on the rack. It still took another 5 minutes before they brought it out. But then again, the soup was hot. The salad chilled. And they did provide utensils & napkins.

We stopped in here and got some bagels for the staff before work started one day. They always have a special on Tuesdays for the bagels. So we pick some up brought them to work and they were a hit. Bagels were very tasty the blueberry one is probably my favorite overall good selection and I recommend
