It's not often I get Pizza Hut. I came to this one because I had a Family member in the nearby hospital and we were getting pretty hungry waiting in the ER. I placed a mobile order and drove here to pick up the order. This is in a newer building basically across the street from where the old Pizza Hut was located on 7th Street. It has a small dine in area and has a drive thru. I opted to go inside. They have a very small dining area which seems smaller than the other locations I have been to. I did have to wait a few minutes beings I arrived before it was actually ready. The employee that handed me my order apologized for the wait and I said that it was ok. As I'm leaving I'm approached by a man on his bike, I saw him before going in and talking to another employee on what was I guess their smoke break and thought he was just another customer waiting for his order, not the case. He asked for money and telling me a sob story, I understand everyone has their struggles but approaching strangers let alone customers in the parking lot to me is not the way to go. I politely told him I can't help you and had to get back to my family that was in the hospital. That was the kicker for me because that tells me Pizza Hut allows this. I get back to the hospital and of course we devour almost the entire order. I got the 2 for $6 or more I think was the deal. The hand tossed pizza tasted like I remember from ordering Pizza Hut before. The cheesesticks were fire and they definitely stepped up their game. The food and staff I would give 4-5 stars. They got a 3 for allowing someone to hassle people in the parking lot for money. This is one Pizza Hut I will definitely not be a regular at.

Ive been to Pizza Hut countless times over all those years. I never had an issue and the people are always friendly . They started it nice and a good little delivery system at a good carry out window we could just pull your car right up in there and they would hand you your pizzas so I really enjoyed this Pizza Hut it's unfortunate it's got some negative reviews on here I had it probably about a month ago and I didn't have any issues then either so I mean it Pizza Hut number one chain Pizza in America it's not my favorite pizza in the world but it's not terrible I give it 3 out of 5 stars

Pizza hut didn't give us our corrected carryout order. I paid for a double order of bread sticks and only received one order. I tried to call the pizza hut store a number of times. They never picked up the phone and our receipt did not have a survey code to send feedback about the service. It was the 7th Street Pizzahut in Louisville, KY 40216. Still to this day `I can't get anyone to answer the phone to speak about the problem.

I just think that the staff at this location is lacking professionalism and punctuality. Allow me to explain. My boyfriend and I ordered pizza at 10:57p.m. on this Friday night. an hour goes by and we call to check on the pizza. we are then forwarded to an automated message by a young women working at this location. sadly, her attitude was uncalled for. after being forwarded we then were hung up on, without receiving an update. then when I called back a man answered and kept repeating "what's the problem?" after about the third time explaining the pizza finally came (we were missing our wings we ordered so the driver had to go back to the store (he was very nice and professional). all and all, me and my boyfriend won't be buying anything from this location. but the driver was tipped very well.

I attempted to place a delivery order 5 times and was told oh we are not taking delivery orders today. The first time I called I was out on hold for about 3 minuets then someone picked up and hung up. I called back after the person answered they asked would it be delivery or carry out. After I responded the call was ended each time. Once of the calls I stopped him in the middle of his spill and said hey you keep hanging up on my and click he hung up again. The very last time I called he asked again delivery or carry out and once I said delivery he said we are not doing delivery today and hung up again. I'm sure this is not the procedure if they are not doing delivery. This is horrible customer service! I have now removed Pizza Hut from my go to pizza restaurant.

I had two orders to pick up and after waiting in a long line (at least 10 minutes) my friends and I finally got to the window. When we asked for our orders (both of which were marked as ready on the app) the young man at the window said that only one was ready (strange since we ordered the other one about 15 minutes before and it was the same thing, but we said okay). He said to pull around to the parking lot to wait. There is no other way to get to the parking lot after you've been through the line than you get back on 7th street and turn immediately back into the Pizza Hut at the other entrance, which I found to be an extremely dangerous ask since it is located right next to a stoplight. I finally was able to find an opening and swung around into the street and then back into the parking lot. We waited for around 15 minutes but no one came out to give us our order. My friend went in to ask and they had COMPLETELY FORGOTTEN. They asked for her name and number again and brought out her wings but not her pizza. After reminding them they went back to check and brought it out. All this would have gotten 3 stars if they hadn't also dried out our pizza in the oven and skimped on the wing sauce. I will be going to the Preston Highway Pizza Hut from now on to see if it's any better.

If I had to rate this a zero star I would've done that because all the workers there are rude as fuck and the don't accept people who come into their restaurant and I was very pissed off at them that they only accept "drivers" but why do they have an entrance and only accept black people, this is fucking offensive that they don't serve asian people. The truth is the people who works at Pizza Hut only care for only black Americans but not Asians.

We ordered pizza last week, after years of not ordering from Pizza Hut. It was delivery. The pizza came. My husband ate some of it and then told me it was probably wrong. So we googled the crust, and it was not pan, which we paid more for. Nor do we feel it was extra cheese, which was $2 more. They also did not give us the correct icing sauces we paid for for the cinnamon rolls.... So I called and the manager said he would give us a credit, and to use it within 30 days. So we decided to use it tonight. I called around 1pm and they took my info. Told me for the pizza and cheese sticks, 2 extra pizza sauces and delivery it would be $8 and change. I said ok. Planned it for 5. My husband then texted that he would be home at 4:30. So I called to change it to 4:30. The guy asked me, "was this delivery?" And I said YES. He then put me on hold again. Came back and said it was updated. At 4:50 I called to make sure it was still coming. A different guy said it was sitting there waiting for a pick up. We live close, so we said we could come get a fresh made one now. He said ok, I'll remake it, and said 15 minutes. My husband left that moment. At 35 minutes later, I called my husband to make sure he was ok, as we live maybe 5 minutes away. He said he was still waiting for the pizza to be done... he then called me about 10 minutes later to say the pizza was still wrong... but that he didn't have to pay the $8 and change, so he was just coming home. When he arrived, they also did not give us the additional sauces I had requested. I'm just disappointed in the whole experience. This was to have been a remake of the wrong order, and it was still made wrong. Maybe this is why we quit ordering Pizza Hut. Husband said Lean Cuisine microwave pizza is crushing Pizza Hut.... and then he went and made one! And husband wants me to add... that he feels that he had to wait for a pizza that they didn't even remake... cause they then pulled it out of the hot box and handed it to him.
