Hi I am blind and 14 years old. this place is not accessible for blind people there is not fun things to do. and the areas are so limited with things to do for blind people. Please impove accessiblity because it is not accessibile for people with disabilities.

This really is a nice new location. The workers were friendly & sometimes from what I noticed interactive with the kids. There were kids of all ages. Little toddlers to teenagers playing basketball. It was spread out enough that all the different ages weren't a big deal. There's plenty of seating areas for adults. Concession had pretty good prices.

Avoid this place! Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. We booked our 7-year-old's party at SkyZone on Outer Loop and paid $529 for the Mega Package. Unfortunately, my dad had emergency open-heart surgery, and we couldn't make it on the original date. Despite the circumstances, they refused to refund even part of the amount, so we rescheduled. When we finally had the party, it was a complete disaster. Our food was served late, and they didn't honor the package we paid for. Every guest was supposed to receive a water bottle and stickers, but they refused to hand them out, claiming they were "too expensive" and that they'd run out too quickly. This is blatant false advertising. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When we brought up our concerns, they dismissed us, saying they could run SkyZone however they wanted because they aren't corporate-owned--meaning they don't have to follow the same standards. For the price we paid, we expected a well-organized and enjoyable experience, but instead, we got terrible service and disrespectful treatment. If you're considering booking a party here, don't waste your money. There are plenty of other places that actually care about their customers.

Extremely rude manager who REFUSED to abide by the membership agreement. In May 2024, I purchased two memberships for my kids. I canceled after one month via email or phone. However, I was charged for three additional months, June, July, and August. Today, September 10th at 2:15 pm, I called to request (a second time) an end to the memberships and to provide a refund. The extremely rude manager told me he would not refund me, even though he verified that my kids hadn't been there since May. He said, "I can't provide a refund. It's above my pay grade," and then hung up on me. I called back twice, but I received a message saying my call could not be answered each time.

Had my child's birthday party here a few weeks back. My host, blonde male, was very helpful. He was always around when needed and we ended up forgetting a knife and a lighter which he was very quick to grab. Only mishap was out on the trampolines which seemed very crowded but cant complain too much. Overall great experience and great host.

We arrived 5 minutes early to opening, we entered since the door was unlocked, we were asked to leave very rudely by the associate. I asked if we could just wait inside on the bleachers by the door since it was raining and I have my 2-year-old. I was denied. General manager Todd was no better when I spoke to him later as we were leaving. he said he would not apologize because this is what he told his associates to do since people have been coming in with knives. I asked why the door was open he said for fire safety. none of what he or the associate made sense. we paid money and were treated terribly. dont recommend for safety risks if they don't have security after people have walked in with knives? general manager clearly cares little about the staff and guests.

They let way too many people inside. The kids had to wait for everything. Some of the attractions were closed. The staff never came out to monitor. Will not be back here.

The sky zone on outerloop is very nice. They had someone watching each section. The one on Shelbyville Rd on the other hand is a pit. No towels in woman's bathroom,trash all over the floor and only 2 people watching over all the kids ,well they weren't really watching they were chatting with each other. Will never go back to the Middletown one ever...........
