"New management" hasn't helped any. One of the worst Subways I have ever been to. The free cookie did not help any. Old and rundown looking location. Food was not up to par for Subway.

Service is friendly, I believe they got new management, I never experienced it with the old management but my food has always been fast hot and fresh. It is always kept clean and the cookies are always amazing.

I've never been particularly a fan of Subway, but hey, this one is the closest food to my office. I decided to give it a try. It's a Subway, like every other Subway, but offended me today. On the wall by the menu board is a big poster promoting an "Autumn Carved Turkey" sandwich. The description offers hand carved turkey, cheddar cheese, spinach, tomato and red onion, served an a toasted roll and topped with cranberry-mustard sauce. The combination sounded great, and I ordered exactly what was pictured and promoted. "We're out of cheddar," said the sandwich maker. "Hmmm, I thought," a sandwich shop without cheddar is a little weird." The counter person turned to the owner. "Are we ever going to get cheddar back?" "No," replied the owner, "cheddar was just when we were introducing that promotion." Really? That's weird. As the saying goes, "A sandwich shop without cheddar is a sandwich shop without... me!"

I checked in here not knowing about the reviews. Big Oopsie. Wow do they need to train their staff. I tried ordering a fresh fit sandwich foot-long for about $7.00. Since I am on a diet. They did not know the sandwich at all. They just went by build your own. I eventually ended up paying $11 for my sandwich which probably had less than what was in the original recipe. Very disappointed they were also somewhat rude. The sandwich was not built well at all. I was also not satisfied with the taste. Would not recommend this subway location at all to anyone until they step up their service and training!

Horrible service. Not clean. Dead flies in the veggies and gnats everywhere. If I could rate less than one star I would. I made a complaint subway customer care and the owner ol the store called me to belittle me. 'If you'd like to fill out an application to work here and do this job better than me I'd love to see you try'. I was told that the employee couldn't make tea or clean the store because they 'didn't have time'. A clean store should be the only thing you have time for as a business owner or food service worker. I'm absolutely disgusted by the service but even more so that a business owner would call a customer and speak the way he spoke to me. Must be a preeetty small person to have to do something like that to get a little rush. Meanwhile, I'll be spending my money...anywhere else. A sandwich off the ground would be better than that hog feed.

It's like these people have never seen a sandwich before. Sooooo slow. There were two people in front of me in line and I was there for 30 minutes. They have zero hustle to them for a fast food restaurant at lunch. It was like the entire place was moving in slow motion.

I arrived at this restaurant at 7:42 AM and it still was not open even thought the business hours are clearly marked on the door as 0700-11:00 pm. Poor management if I do say so myself!!!

I've driven by this Subway several times and never really realized it was there. On my way to Kroger, I decided stop by and get a $5 for Frebruany (don't love the name). When I first walked in I was discouraged because there were several people in front of me. However, the staff quickly and courteously went through the customers and I was in and out in 10 minutes. I will def be visiting this location again. They were quick, professional and $5 for lunch and dinner - can't complain! And just for fun if you want to know my order; turkey on wheat with pepperjack cheese, lettuce, cucumber, EXTRA banana peppers, lite mayo and chipotle, with salt and pepper. All for 370 calories! Yum! Worth the cheese and the sauces.
