I don't recommend or not recommend this place. It is ok. It's fast food. But when you work on campus at UofL in the summer, your choices are very limited.

This location is awful. Today, they were scheduled to open at 11. Got there at noon to find a closed restaurant and a note saying they wouldn't open until 12:30, blaming a problem with their machine. At 12:20, what looked like a dozen employees showed up. When they opened at 12:30, an hour and a half late, they only had chicken nuggets. It's kind of unfair that I was forced to buy this meal plan to live in my building, and these meal swipes they gave me only work at about a dozen places. Only a handful are open on the weekend, especially before 4pm, and the ones that are supposed to be don't even show up until 10 minutes before they open - an hour and a half after it was supposed to. Then, they will only serve me 1/3rd of the meal swipes they claim to serve. I feel like since I already paid for my meal plan, the restaurants on campus should atleast do a better job of holding up their end of the deal. I don't think it's too much to ask for them to serve me the food they claim to serve when they claim to serve it.

Staff is very rude. They treat you like you're an inconvenience. The prep is poor. I got a less than half full fry box and only 9/10 chicken nuggets.

just wanted to recommend people to not go here. it's not friendly at all. the manger there gave me a really hard time getting my order corrected. i made the mistake of ordering my food here but bc i had a difficult time locating the place i guess my order was cancelled but i haven't received anything for a refund. yesterday i ended up finding the location to see what i can do about my order and the manager refused to refund me my order or remake it. there was a lot miscommunication and overall my experience there was horrible. everything was aggressive and hostile and embarrassing (for them). i couldn't see myself put that much energy into something that was an easy fix but he instead started raising his voice and telling me there was nothing he could do literately bc he kept saying i was a doordasher hence the miscommunication and i had to take it up with them (doordash) when my order had nothing to do with doordash and everything to do with wendy's since i order it from the wendy's app. 0/10 would not recommend. i also believe everyone should literally quit there you all look miserable.

I was treated horribly by the people working here. I asked for a single cheeseburger meal combo and after i put my order in I could see that there was nobody working on my burger in the back. Everyone was just standing around in the kitchen. I patiently waited and I was the only person there. A few people started to come in and place their orders and they were getting their meals before me. There was one meal that she called out with the name "Sylvia", that is not my name so I didn't grab it. I went up after 5 people had gotten their meals before me and I said politely "I was here before all of these people and I still haven't gotten my meal." and the lady asked "Well what did you get?" I of course said "a single cheeseburger" and a lady from the back came stomping up to me and yelled "SHE CALLED YOUR NAME AND YOU DIDN'T PICK IT UP!" and I said "I didn't hear her say my name and the meal that nobody picked up, she didn't even leave it for anybody to come grab or see if it was theirs. So I just thought it wasn't mine." and she said "NO SHE CALLED FOR YOUR NAME! SHE SAID YOUR NAME! TAKE YOUR DAMN BURGER AND GET OUT OF HERE!" I can not believe the disrespect. This issue could have been solved without anyone yelling. I am very disappointed and definitely won't be going back.
