the lady with the black and blonde Afro had a AirPod in and ignored us for 10 minutes at the speaker till we finally order and we keep trying to tell her we have a code but she can't hear us cuz her AirPod lol. Terrible service

After first going to the Poplar Rd location and waiting for 10 minutes with no service in the drive-thru, then came to this location where (imagine this) sat at the drive-thru for 17 minutes before being rudely yelled at by a manager "Jasmine" who refused us service under the excuse that she had no other workers present; however, she failed to realize I had seen another worker stroll leisurely past the drive-thru window and blatantly ignored my knocking. Upon Jasmine sliding the window open, she at first refused to give me the corporate number or her name. Finally, she gave her name-which I am not sure is real. There are two employees present, with the dining room closed, who are more than capable of frying a few hamburgers and dropping a basket a fries or two and a chicken filet or nuggets. At least 4 other patrons left after being ignored. The phone number on Google for both locations went to the same voicemail. The owners of these franchises need to clean house of lazy, rude and apparently incompetent employees (according to Jasmine) incapable of serving drive-thru patrons. This is a disgrace to the Wendy's name and I will be contacting the Columbus headquarters to inform them how poorly these franchises are being operated. If I could leave a negative star, I would! I have never been treated so poorly as to have the window slammed in my face and the manager curse me after me being polite and asking simple questions.

BRUH. Reported to DoorDash because these MF's were finna charge $30 (THIRTY) for 2 (TWO) basic ahhs BREAKFAST SANDWICHES. On top of that, they get the orders wrong 70% of the time, like they illiterate or something (This post is safe from any comments from their team because they can't read). ((OL' AHHS Dixie Highway Trait)) Chili w/ hot sauce. My dude, you just need to grab the small packets. I know you hate crackers, but you gotta include them in the order, dog.

This is a great Wendy's just like a lot of the Windies that I've been to they have great meals to people they are friendly I've never really had a bad experience Wendy's is where it's at in the fast food game they have a lot of great options a lot of great choices and it's where it's at. Love there's chicken sandwiches I think it's the best in the business for fast food

As far as Wendy's go, the food here was acceptable and on par with other locations. However the service here was terrible. When I walked in, I could see a couple cars in the drive thru and an almost empty dining room. The woman in front of me had already ordered and was waiting for her drinks and food, so I walked up to the cash register. Multiple people glanced my way, but no one spoke to me for almost 5 minutes! Another gentleman walked up to wait behind me shortly after I arrived and began waiting patiently as well. The manager(?) saw me waiting and eventually said that he would personally take my order in just a minute, but after waiting another 2 minutes, another employee took care of me. The employee was completely out of touch and didn't seem to want to help me at all but she did reluctantly take my order. After I had ordered, I stepped to the side and began waiting patiently for my food. The gentleman behind me waited for another 3 minutes and then called out into the kitchen area "is anyone going to take my order?!" When someone approached to do just that, they had an attitude! So he just left the restaurant in disgust as I waited patiently for my food. Honestly, the food was fine and I might go back, but will probably just go through the drive thru from now on so I don't have to deal with these employees that don't seem to want to take your order! The drive thru continued moving the entire time I was inside.

Service was slow at first and all I wanted was a small coffee. I wasn't sure if I would get it in time and thought I would be late to work but the person working the window which I believe was a manager said "thank you for your patience, the coffee is on the house." Got my coffee in time and it was free and I was on time to work. Made my day. Definitely will come to this Wendy's again.

I live exactly .5 of a mile from this location this was the second chance. I have to say it was even worse than the last. The burgers looked like they was made last week and dressed today. When i asked for my refund the manager said no she made those fresh. I pulled the burger out of the wrapper she looked and rudely handed my money back. Sorry will not try it a third time.
