Don't let the negative reviews scare you away. The hotel is near the highway but it didn't make us lose any sleep, and close access to the highway was nice for all the places we wanted to go. All the staff were very friendly and everything was very clean. Our room was cleaned each day and we got fresh towels. There was a technical issue with the keys over the weekend and our keys didn't work but there was always someone at the desk to take us to our room so it wasn't a big deal. We would happily stay here again.

Staying here with my grandmother out of state of a family event and was abused, swindled, and lied to. The room was absolute filthy! Couldn't get any sleep as this hotel is right next to the highway with cars rolling past all night. Repugnant staff. Waste of time. The absolute worst Kentucky has to offer. Housekeeping didn't clean our room AT ALL THE 3 NIGHTS WE WERE THERE AFTER ASKING MULTIPLE TIMES. You couldn't pay me in gold to stay here again Will be reporting my experience to both the BBB and the attorney general!

My mother and daughter stayed here this weekend and had a horrible experience. This is her review that she attempted to leave on google but was removed multiple times by the business owner: If I could give 0 stars I would. The way this hotel's staff has treated my elderly grandmother and myself this weekend has been absolutely disgusting. The hotel started out by not having the room that we reserved and paid for (a room w 2 beds). After seeing that we were out of state they told us that they wouldn't have a room with 2 beds until tomorrow and UPCHARGED US for a room w one bed and a cot that they brought me to sleep on the floor next to my grandmother. The next day, the manager came UP TO OUR ROOM to literally HAGGLE an additional up charge with my Grandma to put us in the room we had originally wanted. Which the manager originally said would be an additional $30 extra charge per night EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THE ROOM WE BOOKED FROM THE BEGINNING. When we finally get into the room with 2 beds we had originally booked and paid for; the shower was broken and there was dead bugs and dog food in every corner of the floor..... Housekeeping never came to clean, make up the beds, or replace towels. We were gone for 10+ hours and passed 3 women on the way out!! Business AND cleaning practices are absolutely DISGUSTING! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. $240/ night to be treated like this should be a crime. Spend $50 less and book at their competitor Holiday Inn Express less than a minute away. Ended up spending our last night there and was really disappointed that we hadn't just went there in the first place. I will be contacting corporate to let them know about my experience as well. Absolutely atrocious- dealing with this hotel and both being able to sleep has ruined our trip to Kentucky and we will NEVER be coming back! Attached is the managers business card as advertised at the front desk . SHAMEFUL! They must to do better or just shut down completely.

NOPE... Stay Away. It is literally in a very sketchy section 8 apartment neighborhood. Be prepared to have your car stolen. The other problem is that it's next to the interstate. When I say Next to, I mean just a few feet from the concrete of the interstate. If you can sleep at NASCAR, this might be the place for you. I expect more from Wyndham.., I really do, but you are taking your life and property in great risk by staying here.

Think about your lowest expectations.... If u book here, you'll find that it surely can get worse. You literally might as well stay at a Super 8 & save a few bucks. You've been warned.

I've stayed here a couple of times, it's in a nice cozy place too in my opinion even though I think the street it takes to get down here is rather sketchy. It's a great hotel! It has plenty of parking through out my visits. The front desk staff is knowledgeable and they take good care of its staff. All of the rooms are spacious in my opinion, I love the layout of all of its rooms. Amenities provided by the hotel are great as well. I had a upgraded Master Suite room, the bathroom is no more than 6 feet tall so that felt a bit awkward even though I'm not 6 feet tall. It's got a weight room and a pool that's located outside. There's complimentary breakfast in the morning. My favorite thing is that this place offers laundry service. An overlooked feature is the little smoking garden outside the front of the hotel. Rho working the front desk most of the time as well was very accommodating asking various questions through out my stay. Also forgot to mention, the food pantry is very cheap!

I went there for our anniversary celebration and were hit with being told to stay there 1 night I had to pay three times the cost for one night. I had to argue with the manager about getting all my money back not just what was supposed to be the rate. I discovered they hit my card in the middle of the night instead of when I arrived. My card distributer had to threaten to prosecute them if they didn't return what they took and not what the rate was. They almost ruined our anniversary

The staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful, especially the lady working late at night! Our room was very clean and comfortable, especially the bed! The only downsides were the noise from the highway (unavoidable due to proximity) and we had a hard time getting the shower down to a comfortable temperature - it was way too hot even with the dial turned very low. Still, this was a pleasant stay and a good value for the money. We will likely stay here next time we need to stay in Louisville!

The room window does not open. So the room is an air tight cage. Moisture condenses inside the panes. Room feels like a steam bath. Air conditioner doesn't work sufficiently to remove moisture. To add insult to injury: the bathroom fan sucks the air in at one side and expels it at the other end. This is easy to verify with a strip of a bathroom tissue.

We decided to attend the Jack-O-Lantern festival and make a road trip out it. I stayed here with my husband and two young boys. We visited in October so the pool was closed. We arrived around 10:30 at night and were greeted and checked in quickly. The hotel was quiet, but the parking lot was very full. We went to our room where it was clean and ready. The beds were nice and our stay was nice. We didn't eat breakfast, but it was offered and didn't look bad. I did get coffee and it was good. The shower and water pressure was good too. We were able to. Heck out quickly the next morning. It was a great stay, however the hotel is tucked back and kind of hard to find.
