Food is your normal Burger King food, no complaints with the quality. Depending on the crew, the lunch crowds can take quite awhile to be served.

My food was tasty and tasted just like Burger King should. I had the original chicken sandwich and onion rings. Sooooooo much better than their nasty fries. I'm glad someone recommended them. However, my real reason for writing this review is the way I assume a manager treated someone on the front line. The manager was a female, had long dark hair and wore a different uniform. She screamed at the poor girl taking my order right in front of me and everyone else. She'd apparently taken too many orders. She told her that she'd told her before not to do more than three orders, she can't keep up with more than that. It was disturbing and I really felt sorry for the girl. The other lady use sounded viscous and mean and to publicly humiliate her was uncalled for. I really hope someone reads this and takes action.

They often confuse the sweet and unsweet tea and every time I go through the drive through they dont take my order for several minuets and when they do they are rude. Also make sure they give you a straw. Over all, poor customer service.

The worst Burger King that I've ever been to. Ordered my food at the drive thru and then I realized as I was pulling around to the window that I forgot to ask for my burger to be plain. No big deal I'll just ask them if it's too late to change it and they say the food is already done, so I get it that's my fault and I order another burger that is plain. They add it to my order and then I finally get my burger and head home. Of course I'm an idiot and didn't check it at the store and when I get home to find it's a fully dressed burger. My receipt clearly said plain for the second burger and it wasn't. Now I have two burgers that I don't want to eat and they tell me I have to drive all the way back to the store now, why am I being punished because they can't do their job correctly? Doesn't anyone take pride in doing their job anymore? Word of advice, just go to the Burger King on State Street. They actually do a fantastic job.
