I never write reviews but im literally obsessed with this place. Very first thing I ordered was the taco salad bowl and loved it. Im so grateful for a place like this that is only less than 5 mins from my house. They have so many different options. Feels good to know quality food is going in my body versus all the other greasy fattening food around New Albany. Food, service, atmosphere was a 10 out of 10.

I was able to attend the soft opening last week for the upcoming Good Bowl. It's so nice to have a health oriented restaurant on this end of town! Everything they do is health conscious and you can tailor things to fit your lifestyle. The business itself is very modern inside and well designed. You can see the fresh options right in front of you as well which is a nice touch. I had the Pesto Chicken Parm from a random draw and at first was unsure about the combination of the pesto and the hot sauce combination but it worked! My wife had the Good Cobb and she enjoyed hers as well, but she added chicken for the protein. The staff there, while training, was very attentive and working hard. I'm looking forward to trying everything on this menu in the coming months!

ate there when they first opened, left a review with pics and said how bad the quality was, the owner is known to have multiple restaurants close down and blame circumstances instead of himself. i couldnt believe my wife and I ordered 2 bowls...$47. qdoba, chipotle and panera...all down the street are cheaper BETTER options. this place wont last, if its not already closed.

I went yesterday and it wasn't great. When I walked in I waited awhile before someone came to wait on me. I asked for quinoa and she said it wasn't warm enough yet, so I just got wild rice. I added chicken, goat cheese and pickled red onions, green goddess dressing. The roasted chicken was very bland. It was almost $15 and I would much rather have ready set prepped down the street. Much better!

I was excited about trying this concept. The staff were great, but the food was pretty awful. It was so bland, it was like eating a bowl of nothing. No flavor whatsoever. I had the green goddess dressing. Horrible. Again, no flavor. I went back for the apple honey vinaigrette, not sure what I was hoping for but it didn't deliver. My husband had some sort of green dressing and a hot sauce. The hot sauce was so hot, even he couldn't eat it. He tried something else and it too was horribly bland. So I'd say we tried 5 dressings out of their selection and none of them were good. I would doubt we would ever go back. Keep the staff and change the food.

I went this past week and got the buffalo chicken bowl. I was not impressed. I was hoping that I would like it but they need to fine tune this place or it will not survive. The chicken was a mixture of dark and white meat. It had so much fat on it, it was intolerable. They were skimpy on the ingredients except for the carrots which I got way too many. It overwhelmed the taste of the bowl. Then when I saw what looked to be maybe the kale in the lettuce that was brown on both ends, I was done. I don't mind paying 15 dollars for a good food bowl, but this is not the place. They had a team of glass installers at the time I went and it seemed very awkward. I will go back to ordering from Ready, Set, Prep, where the ingredients are fresh and delicious.

I really wanted to like this place! The person working the front was very nice, but very slow. We were the only people there, I can't imagine if there was even a small line. The produce was fresh and cold, but the steak was so hard and dry it was inedible. The green peppers and onions mix had shriveled up and dried out. It would appear they made the "hot" items in the morning and left them sitting in the warmers all day. They really need a better method for the proteins and warm items. If you're going just for the fruit & veggies, they looked really good. Sadly we won't be back.

I gave this place a chance because I love healthier options for food however I wasn't impressed. The service was great however the food wasn't great. The steak wasn't even warm and it was so dry that I couldn't even eat it. The other food wasn't warm either. The portions for the price was terrible too. Save your money and go elsewhere. Extremely disappointed!!
