My New Favorite Donuts! I've officially found my new favorite donuts, and they are from Parlor Donuts! My husband and I recently discovered this amazing shop, and we are completely obsessed. What sets these donuts apart is their unique, layered texture, almost like a croissant. They have a huge variety of flavors, so there is something for everyone. We started with the maple pecan, blueberry, and vanilla carnival, and I can honestly say all three were absolutely delicious. It was tough to pick a favorite! I was impressed to learn that if they're out of a flavor, they will actually make it for you right then and there while you wait. The shop itself is also cute and inviting, making it a great place to hang out. Plus, they're open seven days a week, all day, which is convenient. We can't wait to go back and try more flavors! I have a feeling this is going to be a regular stop for us.

They signed up and said they wanted to participated in the Halloween tour and when our group which was significant showed up. They didn't want to participate at all. They didn't want us buying a beer, pouring it in the cup and taking it out. Although the city said it was okay. I won't be back there

Was recommended by a friend! Loaded the App. Received a coupon for a free donut and a $5 off discount. I visited on Opening Day at 5:00. Was greeted by a Lady at the door who allowed us in. Myself, Wife, and Son. (All with loaded App) we ordered our free donuts and was told that ended at 4:00?( wasn't covered by the App). We ordered 5 donuts anyway. Total came to $18.25. The allowed us to use a $5 off coupon from the App. Total$14.25. They escorted the line behind us and told them "come back Monday!" We won't be back! Ps; you owe us a donut!

We stopped in for a late lunch yesterday and had a great experience! We were able to park in the parking lot next to the building. We sat and the bar and were quickly greeted by the bartender. We ordered the peppercorn ranch salad (highly recommend) and smoked wings to start. Then we ordered a 10" The Dr pizza on thin crust (another favorite of ours). The pizza is flavorful and the crust is perfectly crispy. I highly recommend trying this pizza if you haven't already!

On a trip back from Louisville, we'd heard that New Albany was worth a quick stop. We found ourselves right in the middle of a fall festival, but Parlour was tucked off to the side and easily accessible. The pizza was excellent! Very cheesy with a garlic crust. I was pleasantly surprised since we didn't take the time to do much research. It was a tiny bit overpriced in my opinion, and the restaurant was very chilly. But our service was excellent and I think it's worth a stop!

Thursday night is music bingo, every week. I also go to the music bingo in Jeff but it was a way better experience. There is this girl brownish hair always in a ponytail, very bubbly attitude and voice, probably around 40, and she has no name tag. She works every Thursday in the music bingo "area". She has messed up our food many times. Once we just left because she had to remake our food 4 times due to her mistake, first a hair, then she brought it to the wrong table, then she dropped it, then she forgot to ring it in. She has came back and asked for our orders again many times. She is always sounding bubbly when she is practically pushing people out the door with her "accidents". Food wasn't even cooked all the way. Gave us the wrong food more times than I can count. I'm very disappointed.

We went there Friday night with a large group of people ordered beers and appetizers. The waitress was great, but there were these small little Nats that you don't notice until you sit down and start seeing them flying around, then you look into your beer and there's like three Nats flying around in your beer, it was hard to tell if they were. In your pizza but I'm sure they were.

Private event fundraiser upstairs on June 26th for 100 people. . Sitting here right now with the thermostat at 79°. It's summer. They refuse to turn the A/C down. It's miserable. One staff person for a 100 person event. I can live with short staffing, but these cheapskates and their thermostat are unbearable. I'll be surprised if they can afford to sign a lease extension when it comes up. If they're cutting corners here, can they truly afford to stay open? They're probably losing less money by staying open until the lease expires than breaking it.

Parlour - New Albany is really good! I had been to the original Parlour location in Jeffersonville, as well as the Louisville location on Frankfort Avenue, but made my first visit to this location for lunch with a friend, and we both really enjoyed it. I opted for the lunch special - a build-your-own pizza with a soda. Parlour is always good in my opinion, and this visit was no different. My pizza was tasty and the service was fast and friendly. If you're looking for a good pizza joint, Parlour - New Albany is a safe bet!
