Cheyenne served me today. This was one of the best Subway experiences ever. The location is clean, and if Cheyenne is any indication of the sort of people who work here, it is an impressive location. No restroom that I could see, and you have to ask for napkins rather than get them from a dispenser, but I can certainly recommend my sandwich artist from today!

Came in for lunch today around 11:30. The little girl working was absolutely amazing and left by the manager working alone. She had about nine people in line and worked as fast as she could waiting on three people at a time. She was very friendly, quick and professional. Every time I come into this location the employees seem to be slave driven. Poor excuse for an owner.

I walked in and a guy was asleep at one of the tables with a blanket on him and one of the employees was sitting with him, the other employee walked up behind the counter looking annoyed, she starred at me with no expression I told her what I wanted and she asked rudely what kind of bread I wanted and ended up giving me the wrong bread, I asked for a drink and she put the cup on the counter I paid and she threw my receipt in my bag and hurried it off to me to go back talking to the other employee, very trashy experience...

The staff here was all a bunch of trashy young girls with bad attitudes when I went here today. The girl who made my sandwich asked rudely "what do you want?" That was all she said the entire time. The rest of the time she would just stand there and stare at me with an annoyed look on her face waiting for me to speak and tell her what to do next. I ordered a subway club which does not have bacon on it. She put bacon on the sandwich and then toasted it without asking if I wanted it toasted or not. I asked for lite mayo and she pointed to regular mayonnaise and asked "this one?" the lite mayonnaise was right next to the regular one and IT HAS "LITE MAYONNAISE" ON THE LABEL ON TOP OF THE BOTTLE!!? How careless and stupid can you be? Clearly this location is either desperate for staff or will just hire anyone without any consideration of their customer service skills. I work in the service industry and I can't imagine ever acting like that to someone who did nothing rude to me. Won't ever come back to this location.
