If I could give this 0 stars I absolutely would. Who ever was working the drive thru on 6/23@11:33 was incredibly disrespectful. She had asked me if everything on the screen looked correctly. It did. I pull up, l pay. And I notice that I'm missing a whole meal. I told her that it look like she took it off and she was very adamant that she had me check the screen. Well the screen was correct. The receipt doesn't match the screen. Very quick to point fingers at me. When I asked if I could place my order again since it was taken off she started huffing and puffing like a child.Number 7 with soft taco supreme. That's not too complicated. She kept rolling her eyes and huffing. So l went inside after she thought I left. Again, blaming me when she was the problem. And all I got for compensation 2 miserable taco coupons. Needless to say, corporate was notified. I don't do well with disrespect.

I have eaten Taco Bell for decades now. I know what to expect. But this location is not well run. I don't blame the employees, but they are always short-staffed leading to longer waits and food prep below even Taco Bell's standards. Most recently, there were only two workers for a Thursday night leading to a 45 minute wait in the drive through. Why didn't I just bail, you ask? Because by the time I realized we weren't moving, I was locked in by concrete and car bumpers only to be told that it would be 15 minutes when I placed my order. That time was rough but acceptable given that I'd already spent 20 minutes in line. If you do the math, you'll see that estimate was also inaccurate. There's another location not far.

All the time shorting me on the extra meat I pay for. Takes 30 minutes to get your food, while 2-3 of the workers stand around and talk. This place is ridiculous. Shorted me last time, told I would be comped a meal for it anytime Tuesday-Saturday. I go in a the manager is there and the other refuse to comp. So I pay for my meal and I'm shorted on extra meat yet again! On top of old, hard fries. I can't stand this place!

The miracle of Taco Bell is that they can make 30 menu items out of a few basic ingredients. Ground beef, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes & cheese. Boom. Now, choose how they plate it. So on this visit we tried the new triple steak grilled cheese burrito. I think there was some steak in there. But, as always, you can count on refried beans, lettuce & sour cream. It was filling. And tasted pretty much like everything else on the menu. My wife ordered the same ingredients, as nachos bel grande. This location was exceptionally clean. The food was delivered to our table promptly. The clerk was cheerful and welcoming And we appreciated the "dine-in" option (so many fast food places have closed their dining rooms). That said, our food was delivered without napkins, plastic utensils or hot sauce. So, we had to go back to the counter for those items. Kinda defeated the purpose of bringing our food to the table. Bottom line? Lunch for two just a tad over $10.

Asked us to pull around for our order just to wait 40 min and tell us they're out of chicken so we substituted steak instead waited another 20 min just for them to tell us they were out of everything I guess thanks for the refund but if I could give you negative stars I would trash establishment please find a new profession even though it's hard call this one a profession gg

This is a great location and has great food. I have not had a bad experience here and do recommend it to those that enjoy Taco Bell. The service was quick and friendly. I enjoy Tacos and this place is awesome.

If you are an Uber eats driver do not come to this location. Multiple times I've come here and they never have the orders or they stop taking orders 10 mins before you get there. Seems they rather play on our phones than actually make any food.

What you need to know about Taco Bell is that it is not perfect. What else you need to know about Taco Bell is that I have a 25 year strong love affair with their chili cheese burrito. Here's a run down of Taco Bell from the perspective of someone that has been through a lot with Taco Bell, but is still a fan. Will Taco Bell run out of ingredients from time to time limiting their menu options? Yes. Will Taco Bell's drive-through service sometimes be unexplainably slow? You bet. Will Taco Bell be inconsistent with the ingredients/amount of ingredients in menu items? Sure. Will Taco Bell sometimes give you the wrong order or swap/forget an item in your order from time to time? Unfortunately, it has happened. Will the service at Taco Bell sometimes serve you with what feels like contempt? Again, it has happened. But... Will Taco Bell continue to be delicious? You know it will. Will you continue going there giving Taco Bell a second chance? Yes, after chance, after chance. Will Taco Bell continue to innovate using the same ingredients to create new menu items I HAVE to try? I'm counting on it. Will Taco Bell have its good days and surprise you with how fast they can make your order perfectly? It will. Here's the thing. When I want tacos or a burrito, regardless of the hour, Taco Bell is there for me. When we've had a long day and the kids want something fast and that something fast is tacos? Boom. Taco Bell is there for us. My relationship with Taco Bell isn't perfect, and neither one of us will apologize for that. I can live with that.
