We made a Taco Bell stop today ordering using the Taco Bell app. The app was easy to use. We selected drive thru and when we got to the pickup window we decided we would like two additional drinks. Sean was very friendly and happily accommodated our request. The girls loved their Cravings box.

The girl at the drive thru should probably work in the back because she has horrible customer service. She was not friendly, never smiled, and never said thank you. when she handed the food to me she basically threw it at me. Surprised the bags didn't fall off the boxes! If you want good reviews...get people who aren't rude to customers Or have an attitude because they had to go to work.

I will never go here again. Waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru. Couldn't leave because the road is too narrow to get out. Got home and had to throw the food out because it had black stuff all over it. Waste of time and money. And the food is nasty.

This is a solid Taco Bell that I've visited the other day with my oldest daughter we got a couple tacos and a drink and we enjoyed a meal together they had friendly service

If I could give it a lower review, I would. I can count on one hand how many times I've actually ordered my food and it have been correct. Every time they manage to incorrectly make the food or just forget food entirely. Once I had to have them try three times! I know it can not be that hard, as a former employee, they have some serious issues that corporate needs to address.

I just want to know how hard it must be to make an order correct. I ordered the chicken enchilada burrito with extra sauce. Got charged nearly an extra dollar to get it, just to get home and see that the burrito is dry, like zero sauce whatsoever. Half of the burrito was filled, so most of it was just tortilla. I also ordered a Mexican pizza with extra sauce and cheese, and while I got extra sauce, the whole thing was filled with only beans. Everything was cold and stale. So everything went in the trash. It's really not that hard to make things correctly.

I'm a huge Taco Bell fan and have been for years!! While living in GA, I recall times I'd get out of my pajamas 10:30 at night and sit in their drive-thru with 10 cars deep if the craving overtakes me. While living in Houston I recall times when Taco Bell's drive-thru would be far busier than the taco truck serving authentic street tacos in the adjacent parking lot. Taco Bell has certainly captured a market for their vast menu options and good mexican fast food. I consistently order the Mexican Pizza with sour cream, crunchy tacos, and beef mexi-melts. I tried the Nachos w/ beef, but it was way too salty for me. Today I ordered the crunchy tacos and beef mexi-melts at this newly opened New Albany location. Surprisingly, I was partially disappointed in my food. The crunchy tacos were very, very skimpy. To help put my experience in perspective, the top of the corn taco shells could touch while still holding the ingredients inside the shell. Yea....it was that bad. The beef mexi-melts, however, were plenty filled and very satisfying. The ingredients in both were fresh, despite the skinny twin tacos. I will definitely go back hoping this experience was a one off. I hope to up them to a 4 star at that time. It appears the community have welcomed Taco Bell because they were plenty busy with customers, both inside and drive thru.

I had to give this location 2 stars just for the mere fact that there was one poor lady working by herself to get orders out. Shame on taco bell for being so greedy that they can't just close a place down for being so short handed. As a mobile order driver, I sat in this drive thru for more than an hour only to find out they are not taking online orders. Can't blame the person who was by herself. But I will blame Taco Bell. It's ridiculous that Taco Bell couldn't let them shut down. I wish the executives could work some shifts by themselves and see what it like to be put through that. Smh
