Sandwich cold and meat still frozen. No attention was payed to the making of my sandwich, the entire thing is still cold, don't understand if she just didn't press the button when she put it in or if their microwaves and ovens are faulty but my bread meat and cheese were cold. The cheese never even melted so you can tell. Bread also didn't looked baked enough.

I haven't been to this location in a while and I won't go back. I ordered a #10 All American Club and this is what I got...are they joking? The bread was crunchy it was so stale. There was no bacon or cheese (advertised as 2x the cheese). I got crusty bread, 3 slices of turkey, 3 slices of ham (on a foot long) and a few toppings tossed on for a $13+ sandwich. I placed the order through their app and even tipped. They should be embarrassed by this it was so obviously not okay.

I don't know if the older white gentleman is new, but he either needs to be out of the service industry or take a chill pill. When he pulls out the bread, it is half burnt so I ask for another piece as he's pulling out the other piece, he mumbles under his breath and then says it won't make a difference. I ordered the number 18 and as he went to toast it, he had forgotten the cheese, so I tell him. He brings the sandwich back down to put the cheese on and starts slapping it down like a little kid having a temper tantrum. Service is usually good here. The young gentleman is always good. Today was just bad. Don't be in the service industry if you can't work with customers. I really miss the subway that was by Thorton's.

Not worth the walk to the front door Dairy Queen is just around the corner for fast food. Foods not fresh at subway, if you want fresh in the area just drive to Kroger.

Stopped here with family before Bible Study and it was a great time. Subway's sandwiches are always tasty and flavorful. I recommend the Whole wheat flatbread and the Veggie Delite with Spicy Sriracha sauce (for those who love a little spice and flavor). When we entered the restaurant, it was quiet, but as soon as we ordered, about 5 more people entered the restaurant and took their sandwiches to go. Recommend this restaurant and the service is top notch!
