Awesome chopped cheese! Very meaty and flavorful. Portion sizes are generous and there is good amount of meat in there. I will warn you it's quite indulgent and heavy but that's just how chopped cheese is. Corn nuggets are perfect. Don't miss out on those.

Finally, I decided to give this place a try after seeing multiple videos of this place on social media. It's truly a little hidden gem in the mill basin area of Brooklyn. The first thing we notice is that there was a tent set up outside giving out samples of mini cheesecakes. We sampled the Oreo and strawberry cheesecake, which were really good.  Now, onto the restaurant itself. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the owner. This place has a small little area that can accommodate a maximum of 2-3 people to sit and eat.   Everything on the menu sounded good. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger, sweet chili wings, chopped cheese sandwich, onion rings, and French fries. Chopped cheese was bursting with flavors and cheesy. I liked how we have the option to have the chopped cheese on a hero or as sliders. The bacon cheeseburger was delicious. I loved the onion rings they were nice and crispy, and the coating had a nice flavor to it. Don't forget the onion ring sauce. It compliments the onion ring very well. French fries were nice and crispy and very tasty with their seasoning. Sweet chili wings were delicious. Wings were nice and crispy with just the right amount of sweet chili sauce on it. The wings were glistening. We stood talking to the owner while our food was being made. The owner is a super nice guy. He even gave us free pizza to try, which was delicious. This place takes pride in the food they are putting out. Don't forget to order a mini cheesecake to go with your order. They are delicious. I would have like to see a cheese fries option or a side of nacho cheese sauce as an option. Other than that, the menu is great, and the food is delicious. Can't wait to go back.

Really liked the owner. I'd order again just to support him. He seems like a great guy who’s passionate about his business. And I liked the taste of my sandwich. BUT….

I was disappointed by the amount of cheese. I thought it would be cheesier with it having mozzarella and ricotta but it all melted down so I didn't get the benefit of the gooey, stringey mozzarella pulls and the texture of the ricotta. It just looked like meat and peppers.
