Yev and Alen were fantastic. They were responsive, punctual, and fair. They were one of the only providers that would service a residential window AC unit. If I ever need another repair, I'd call them back up right away.

I called asking for advice whether to repair a broken window AC or buy a new one. Yev gave detailed information for both options, and suggested that I decide. A day later, I decided to get a new window AC. I gave my ideas; Yev gave his ideas. He gave objective, thorough information. Excellent and fair. A few days later, his partner, Alan, installed the. new LG window AC. Expert job: on time, neat, efficient, excellent workmanship. Five stars in every aspect of the job, planning, communication.

Allen did a great job installing our window unit, right on time for summer! Very responsive to phone calls and scheduling the install was easy. He brought his own tools, created a perfect seal using Plexiglass around the unit and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. He also wore a face mask during the install. Thank you!
