Amazing selection of beer, some are rare find. Staffs have great knowledge with their menu and very helpful when you can make your own decisions. Love the atmosphere, food also tastes very good.

I finally tried this Danish Bar.  They have a long draft line and rare bottled beers.  They have some good cocktails.  They have a limited food menu.  The happy hour is good.  The place is sleek and modern.  I liked the different colored classes hanging from the ceiling.

This place is great. Bunch of really interesting and unusual beers. A really nice space to drink in too. Great bar in a really fun neighbourhood.

Went on a whim and I’m glad I did. They have an amazing selection of German and American micro brewed beer plus some awesome happy hour prices. If you live in the area or commonly come to Greenpoint, make Torst a stop on your travels. Friendly staff and reasonable prices make this a must visit for any beer and wine aficionado in your life. You won’t regret it!

Stopped in to get out of the rain - loved the Danish hot dog and tried a great beer and a cider. The frozen espresso also martini looks great, lots of people were ordering it, although I didn’t get it.

Vi hittade det här mikrobryggeriet av en händelse. Trevligt. Trendigt. Mycket öl att välja på. Har även mat men eftersom vi just hade ätit var det inget för oss. 

Detta är en exceptionell pub för hantverköl, ganska säker på att det drivs / ägs av Evil Twin, den danska bryggeriet från Mikkeler. Maten var utmärkt. Platsen blir mycket upptagen, så kom tidigt.

Vi besökte Torst som en del av en tidig kvällsresa till tre Greenpoint barer.

De var alla olika och vi njöt av var och en av olika skäl.

Vi har haft Torsts svala atmosfär och bra ölutbud. Lite dyr men värt det.

Om du gillar hantverk öl, inte den vanliga deli "hantverk" men mer sofistikerad, det här är din plats. Snacks ot hamburgare är också utmärkta. Ren plats, trevlig personal.

Om du letar efter prisvärda hantverk öl och / eller naturewine omgiven av en hip Williamsburg folkmassa detta är din plats. Försökte inte maten men, men baren av det hela är så bra. Vill du inte missa den här!

Om du gillar fantastiska hantverk öl dryck här. Evil Twin ägare öppnade denna plats och det är en bra plats att prova några deras senaste bryggor eller en från ett annat fantastiskt bryggeri. Mycket väl genomtänkt bekvämt utrymme för att njuta av bra hantverk öl. Jag hade Grand Cru Cuv e från Evil Twin och det blåste mitt sinne. Ölmenyn från 2/14 är fotot - men de roterar sina kranar så att du aldrig vet vilken enastående öl du kan ha tur att försöka.

Sam vår bartender var så cool kille och hans recess var på punkt - vi kommer tillbaka nästa gång vi är i stan säkert!

Vi popped in här för en snabb drink medan utforska Williamsburg och Greenpoint och var hälsade av en super vänliga och kunniga bar man som rekommenderade några stora lokala öl (jag tror att hans namn var Alex ...).

Vi hamnade uppe till lunch som, om det serveras i en restaurang i high end, inte skulle ha varit en besvikelse.

Förhoppningsvis kommer tillbaka på vår nästa resa.

Det finns några riktigt ovanliga öl som finns här. De hålls väl och personalen är alla charmiga, kunniga och extremt hjälpsamma vägleda dig genom öl. Inredningen ser ut att vara allt återvunnet trä, så det har en värme som matchar välkommen! Vi var otroligt lyckliga - vi hade bara besökt för en drink, men de var upptagna med att ta bilder av deras mat så vi fick prova några! Butternut squash hummus, smidig, ovanlig och helt utsökt (vackert presenteras också!).

Skam, trots att de erbjuder bra över genomsnittet atmosfär, god öl och intressanta provsmakningsplattor. Priserna är det säkraste tecknet Greenpoint är praktiskt taget fullfjädrad hipster Brooklyn. Ölarna tenderade mot mer gyllene änden av gommen och var inte till min smak, men min öl snobkompanjon förklarade dem utmärkt. Men det var paucity av mat och dryck för det pris som stannade med mig efter vårt besök.

Vi hörde att denna plats blir trångt på kvällen så checkas ut under dagen - det var väldigt avslappnad, bekväm och hade bra musik att spela. Snygg dansk stil inredning och ett stort urval av utkast och flaskor. Mycket lätt att komma till, det är rätt av tunnelbanelinjen.

Jag var väldigt exalterad att komma hit eftersom jag är en ölgeek och det verkar som om alla mina andra nördvänner redan hade varit. Menyn var väl utrustad, med en bra blandning av saker jag känner och gillar och en bra del som jag inte hade möjlighet att försöka än. Jag gillar de olika delstorlekarna som finns, om du vill ha en smakprov och prova flera öl du kan. Bartenderna var stora i att låta min oanständiga vän prova några olika sips innan hon valde en öl. Vi försökte inte maten men. Det var väldigt tyst när vi kom dit och förutom några andra lånare hade vi platsen för oss själva, vilket inte är något du ofta hittar i New York.

Stannade i att tänka att det var ett bryggeri, trodde det faktiskt säljer en mängd öl bryggda någon annanstans. Men hej, det är ok - de hade många stilar och märken som inte ses ofta. De roterar väldigt mycket ofta (som timme) så det finns alltid något annat tillgängligt. Det är inte billigt, men A) det är brooklyn, och vara) bartenderna är mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma. Cool nordisk känsla till platsen.

Vara medveten om att Torst har en minimalistisk inställning till saker. En betydande mängd olika av hantverk öl i flaskor & ett bra urval på kran. Men, ingen viner, inga cocktails och en mycket liten mat -menyn att välja mellan. Fortfarande en fantastisk bar med en intressant inredning.

Det finns inget mycket att säga om torst eftersom jag tycker är en av de bästa ställen jag har varit. Perioden. Den plats har allt, bra musik, extremt bra öl, bra service, nordic träffade Brooklyn typ av stil.
