Very nasty food, and I was not given an original receipt. The potatoes looked brown and old and was not given gravy but was given old dried gravy sitting on top of potatoes. It was terrible. Chicken taste old and the only decent thing was the Cole slaw. Customer service was rude and I'm very dissatisfied. Went back and got one thing of new potatoes (very watery) and gravy but that's it. Did not get chicken replaced, and was told I could only get crispy chicken with the $20 fill up? I wanted original chicken and potatoes wedges in replacement of one of the mashed potatoes but was refused.

I came in early today I guess they just opened for the day. My food was hot and fresh. My Dr. Pepper was delicious. The young lady that took my order was so nice. This KFC location is the best in town.

Was served undercooked chicken on both of these sandwiches that I spent $25 on (plus unseasoned fries 🤮)

Some of the absolute worst food I have ever seen sold. I ordered extra crispy chicken. Sat in the dining area. Looked at the food and realized it was inedible. I dumped in the garbage can and left.
Customer service is horrible. Manager is very inhospitable. I did notice that the Popeye's across the street was crowded and busy with customers while the KFC was empty of customers when I arrived......... Now I think I understand.... Terrible.

8/4/23 update: This location has been updated.   The staff is attentive and friendly... really seem to enjoy their work...I have visited the store several times in the last months  and the change is consistent...
Of course, the food has improved to the very best, as well.  Bravo to the new team...

2019 review: Purchased and ate 5 pieces Original Recipe.  Very good, the Colonel would approve.  So why two stars?  Terrible customer service.  I asked for Smoky Mtn. BBQ sauce on my chicken..."No"...I said I'd pay for it..."No, I don't have a button for that"...I. thought he was joking...I asked if he was the manager..."Yes"...I said charge me for 8 pieces then, that would pay for the sauce..."No"...It became a war of wills, I said you could give me the sauce for free..."No"...I said then I'll take 6 of the the prepackaged BBQ sauce...they were free.

I managed a KFC in my youth, actually met the Colonel...he would let that manager find a different place of employment...

I did enjoy the chicken, though.
