I hate to leave a negative review because the service was great and my food was good in general. I am just disappointed that the kitchen would allow this to be put on someone’s table. The manager needs to be aware of this. I ordered celery and carrots as a side and got what looked to be freezer burnt celery that has been sitting for some time. There needs to be some more Quality control.

Great experience here. There were busy and only 1 bartender.  Waited a good 10min for drink. But all in all was a top tier visit.

It’s Friday night, it’s busy, that’s cool. We understand, but the service was terrible. Our server CJ didn’t visit our table until we had been sat for 5 minutes. He then took our drink order which didn’t arrive for 15 minutes. All four of the meals came out at different times about 10-15 minutes apart. We never were given silverware. So I had to physically go and find CJ to ask for it. He told me “yes I’ll bring it” and then never brought the silverware. We had to flag down another server to tend to our needs. Our food got cold as we sat and watched it. The worst part is, the server wasn’t running around, he was huddled in the corner on his phone. After an hour and a half, I flashed down the manager and explained our frustrations,  who told me would take care of the bill, and then brought me the entire check, minus $5.  I love BWW, but it will be hard to come back when this is the standard.

Food was prepared fine and accurately. The new maple chipotle was delicious! However, I have to honestly wonder goes on behind the scenes here because on multiple occasions I have seen workers getting yelled at by customers and no management in sight to assist them. I've come here for years and recently it seems chronically understaffed to the point where one person is sitting the tables and cleaning the entire restaurant and getting yelled at by other customers for not being able to keep up by themselves. It seems like after most of the longer term employees left a while ago (shout out Marissa! we miss you girl!) they are just stuck in a rut and its unfortunate to see because i've enjoyed being a patron here and hate to see people get yelled at over nothing.

I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, with plenty of TVs showing sports games, making it the perfect spot for a casual hangout with friends or family🤜🤛

The highlight, of course, was the wings. They were cooked to perfection – crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside🤤 With a wide variety of sauces to choose from, there's something to satisfy every taste bud, from mild to extra spicy.

In addition to the wings, the menu offers a great selection of other appetizers, sandwiches, and burgers, ensuring there's something for everyone. The prices were reasonable for the portion sizes and quality of food provided.😃

Overall, I highly recommend Buffalo Wild Wings for anyone looking for delicious wings in a fun and energetic atmosphere. I'll definitely be returning soon❣️
