I've gone here for years and they never disappoint. The variety of pizzas and the quality of it are quite appealing. They're always really courteous and I've never had a bad experience with them. Some people complain that you have to cook the pizza, but it's LITERALLY in the description and it gives you the chance to experiment. So try them out because they offer a great variety of options for your pizza!

Today l was the first person to enter when they opened.  I purchased a stuffed pizza.  First thing that happened l was charged $24 plus for a large 5 item pizza.  They did make it right however my credit card still showed the $24 plus for the pizza.  They were very polite and gave me the difference in cash.
Then l requested double Canadian ham and double chicken.  When l looked at the pizza l said that can’t be double ham.  He then added more ham.  The chicken was just about empty.  I had said you’re going to need more chicken.  I got what was in the container.  Lastly, the dough tasted like it was at least two days old.
This has always been my favorite Papa Murphys.  And l am not one to write comments, but today l was extremely disappointed.  The old crust was the worst.  Totally dried out.

They used to "hook" up the pizzas more. The top looks very scarce and I have to add my own cheese to the top....plus the top had NOTHING but cheese and sauce....used to they put an actual topping on top as well. They also don't put almost ANY sauce inside, which I like because I don't like sauce....but the others don't and if I order it normal...you should be able to see the sauce. They do have the best pizza cutters available anywhere and for a good price. The pizza costs too much for the scarcity of meat though.

This location is permanently closed.   The Madison & Huntsville locations are still open as per a sign on the door.   Hopefully someone will reopen a store here.  Love their pizzas.  Sad to see them close.

We've been eating their pizza's for over 10 years and have always enjoyed the experience.  Today we stopped by and ordered a Cowboy pizza and when we unwrapped it to put in the oven noticed a smell. It turned out that the mushrooms were real black color and smelled like rotten meat.  We threw the pizza away.  I called the store to tell the manager about this hoping they would inspect the mushrooms and discard if bad.  There was no manager on duty but the young lady on the phone offered to take a message for the manager when they came into work the next day. There was no interest in looking at the vegetables.  I hope they didn't serve to many people these, and no one gets sick.
