I stayed here last month and it was incredible. The service was top notch. If you needed something, it was there in an instant. Their valet service really amazed me. The amount of cars they were handling, while still greeting/taking car of guests, along with controlling traffic..just wow. They were so professional and happily answered any questions about then hotel or the area.

I could not get over the aesthetic of the hotel. I spent two nights and really didn't wanna leave the hotel! Of course I did, but remember how excited I was to come back to my room.

Room service was excellent (both food and service) and the salmon I had was the best I have had, to this date still.

If you get the chance, stay here at least once. The amount of history, service, amenities, rooms and location will 100% make it worth it. I am excited to return soon!

The attention to detail is unmatched—luxurious rooms, impeccable service, ( special thanks to Mikkie Williams who welcomed us and really helped us getting settled), and a serene atmosphere that truly makes you feel special.

The Polo Lounge is a must-visit for an unforgettable dining experience, and the pool area is nothing short of paradise. Every corner of this hotel exudes elegance and charm, reminding you why it’s a legendary destination.

Our family breakfast at The Beverly Hills Hotel was nothing short of magical. I had wanted to stay at the Bev Hills for such a long long time… expectations were high!  Well this hotel absolutely smashed through them and some.  Been lucky to stay in my fair share of beautiful hotels, but honestly nothing has come close to the service we received at this beautiful pink palace!  Chloe who is head of guest relations made us feel so ridiculously special… she is the warmest loveliest little soul and she gave us the most beautiful welcome and stay!  Her attention to detail was incredible and the hotel are super lucky to have her.  We loved the hotel, the grounds, the food, the room and of course the pool.  All the staff were so wonderful and the pool service was absolutely delightful.  Enjoyed it so much that I shed a little tear leaving! Ha

The most incredible, enjoyable hotel I have ever been too!! My granddaughter and I had “the time of our life”. Your hotel staff went above and beyond for us from the moment we arrived till we departed. They were outstanding in quality service!! You created a “forever memory “ for us.
