I've never been to Celebration Station. They had one in Memphis when I was younger but I've always heard about how fun it was. We decided to come here today, Sunday for the kids after it just briefly rained. A couple of my co workers and their children joined. As soon as we walked in here we were hit with a bit of heat because the ac seemed to not be operating. In addition a couple of the employees were walking with make shift fans. We decided on one of the packages they offered for around 30$ dollars. Of our choosing this included mini golf,go karts, and a $10 game card. We weren't told how the mini golf here worked and had to walk around and figure it out. Again it had just rained so not holding it against them but we choose not to play in particular areas due to the puddles of rain. Digging golf balls from the holes filled with water isn't fun or the cleanliest. The fountain outside wasn't working and didn't appear to be working for some time. It got a bit hot so we went inside to deal with hot ac.. Our kids rode on one game for "8.0" credits and immediately it said "insufficient funds." We went back up to the counter and she had to adjust both of our cards. After our cards had been adjusted they participated in maybe 5-6 games and the cards were empty. Most of the games weren't working so the kids could play together. I asked if all of the games were 8.0 credits she stated it was mixed throughout the arcade. Most of those games are 8.0 credits and the cards went fast. Yet, they want you to continue to put money on these cards for games that are working. The pizza is decent here no complaints. Our other party had arrived and was turned away due to open toed shoes policy. However we weren't told anything for our kids that were wearing opened toed. She went home anyways to change shoes. She also had the same issue with the cards not being loaded properly. It was time to ride the go karts. We make our way over and we see that only 1 family Kart was working and about 3-4 singles riders. We of course had to ride with 3 of our kids and we had to go one at a time due to this which took away the fun and enjoyment out of it. They also seemed to be hosting a birthday and weren't able to accommodate those riders either. The go karts starting stopping in the middle of the rides. We had only rode 1 time due to the large party and were turned away the second time because the karts were down now. Make our way over to the kids karts for 1 kids kart to be working!!! Oh and we had to pay for the kids go kart package for them to only have 1! Kart working. The train wasn't working apparently and the batting cages weren't either. The prizes are trash and you don't get many tickets from the arcade. The money we spent here today would've been a fortune at Chuck E. Cheese, were we will be going moving forward. I don't understand why this place is open this experience wasn't enjoyable for the kids and they all agreed to never come back and they are under the ages of 8. I would like to be contacted for a refund not only for myself but for the other 2 moms in company.

Absolutely abhorrent. It's completely rundown and a waste of money. They also nickel and dime the heck out of you. Plus the employees have a nasty attitude. Don't purchase a voucher to play unlimited golf. When you get there they'll tell you you have to pay again and even when you've prepaid for two people, they say it's only for one person.

Terrible experience. After we bought a wristband for "attractions" we then had to go back inside to ask someone to come operate it, that took about 5-10 mins. They not had one working kids go kart because the worker "didn't know how to turn them on", so we then had to go inside and find a "manager" he couldn't turn another one on either. Either they don't have enough workers, or the workers don't want to do any work. We spend about 30 mins just waiting on them for the attractions and we had an hr and 15 mins wristband. The ice machine didn't freeze so we couldn't get one, just running for no reason. Waited at the register to order food for 5 mins, no worker in sight. Just terrible.

It has never been updated as far as i know. It's a shell of what it was years ago. I really don't know how this place is still operating. I only commented because it keeps popping up in Facebook feed.

Our main reason for going to Celebration Station was the go carts because they have a decent sized outdoor track. Big thanks to the young lady who checked us out because she told us about a package where we got $20 of game play free with 6 go cart rides. The attendants on the go cart track were very professional and made the experience even more enjoyable. You must have closed toe shoes to ride...and it was interesting to see that they have clogs available if you need them. After riding the go carts, we headed in for game play. We blew most of the $20 on basketball lol. The attendant at the ticket redemption area could have acknowledged us sooner and could have been friendlier. Overall, I'd go again for the go carts but I'm not really interested in the other things.

Arcade -Games we're fun, about 3/4 of the games were available. -The guitar hero game only has the left guitar working so my wife and I couldn't rock out together. Mini Golf -Fun but balls got stuck in the little tubes so don't even bother hitting in the holes just skip it. -There was glass over one of the holes and you can tell it wasn't maintained. -We played all three courses and noticed they were very similar, so you're basically playing the same course. Batting Cages -Only 1 of 9 cages we're working. Bring your own helmet and bat because the ones they provide are very bad. (The bats had no hand tape and could hurt your hands when hitting.) Go Karts -There was only 3 carts working (2 singles and 1 double). In addition one of the singles went very slow. Bumper Cars -Weren't available. Customer Service -Absolutely amazing. The people who work there were awesome but just seems they need a leader to help make the place better. They took care of every problem we had and we're nice and personable while we were there. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The mini-golf conditions are disgusting. The mini-golf course is DISGUSTING. The water features have no circulation or filtration leaving stagnant, standing, disgusting water. The water by the huge castle is a thick, thick layer or algae and smells awful. The fact that it's just little pond after pond of standing water I'm sure it's just a huge mosquito breeding ground. There were swarms of gnats around the holes close to the water and any holes in that vicinity we couldn't play without having bugs fly in our hair, noses, and eyes. This left us only able to play about 7 of the 18 holes. The holes we were able to play were so littered with debris from trees that the balls would get stuck on the green or in the obstacle features on the hole. We will never be back.

Perfect place for family fun! Our family of four came here on a Saturday evening and had the best time! We had a rain check from a school event (I think it was $15/child for unlimited outdoor usage) and put it to great use. Putt putt fun and everything else! It was all open, so they had a great time and mom and dad had fun watching them have fun. ‍‍‍ Great customer service last night, especially the golf counter ladies who were having my 7 year old blush telling her how cute she is. Everyone we spoke to was helpful and patient. Grounds on putt putt were well kept up except for some muddy spots and one hole that was a puddle. Outdoor music is a great touch in my opinion. Ideas for fixing up: Maybe put a sign up warning of the messed up holes to avoid that particular course. Also, the go carts. Both the small track and big track...the carts are definitely not the same. One kid laps all the other kids while one poor kid lags behind everyone even gassing it the entire time. Not sure if this can be fixed, but since they're not, we try to watch and hope to pick the fastest cart out there. Check online for special nights and pricing as it's definitely cheaper to go to the movies. But hey, it's a way to have fun together and be outside. Very glad we've had this Celebration Station in Baton Rouge all this years. Many fun memories for our family for sure.

We came for mini golf a couple weeks ago, we pulled into their huge parking lot and found it empty. After we started golfing we realized why, it was super hot and there isn't much shade on the course. Mini golf is a lost art form to me, but I had a good time none the less. They have fair style food for sale inside, a small arcade no dance dance revolution. Outdoors they have bumper cars and a ride. As well as the three golf courses varying from easy intermediate and difficult. We chose the difficult course, and it needs a little maintenance done. Some of the holes were filled with water etc. The staff was friendly, but it was a little pricey for what you get in my opinion.
