By far the most disappointing experience. We regularly go to the millerville or Denham location. I asked my husband to pickup our Mobile order, he waited nearly 40 minutes. Our chicken on the sandwich buns were smaller than my hand...... I don't think I've ever seen this with Chick-fil-A in my life.

Everything up to the little fact that they mixed up "red trucks" and it messed up our order where we had to turn around to get the rest of it but it was all good, otherwise.

Honestly, very disappointed in this location. Food is good but the drive thru line is absolutely ridiculous. In a rush? Don't get in line. You're stuck for 25+ minutes regardless of the time of day. I don't know what they're doing in there but they cannot be passing efficiently standards w chick fil a headquarters.

I started avoiding this location when I noticed the food wasn't fresh a lot of the time--dry and small like it had been left under the warmer for too long. The Chick-fil-A on Burbank/Ben Hur (where I always go) was without power, so I decided to drive over and give this one another shot. This was a mistake. Not only was the food still not fresh, but I found a dead fly in my food. Ew.

The chicken is always raw and it never feels fully cooked. The food quality is always TERRIBLE. The salad serving size is always way too little and the pieces of lettuce and cabbage are never cut up in enough pieces. The seating isnt great for large families, like mine. But it is better for smaller groups 1-5. The workers are friendly, but I do feel as if they are understaffed. I do not enjoy coming to this location and I would not recommend this location.
