Went through drive through with the order ahead. Super fast! They ran out of cookies, so gave me 2 brownies instead

Sure. It's one of the better fast food places in my opinion. I love the spicy chicken sandwiches there and recently I've just been getting the chicken tenders. That the options are three and four. It seems like there should be more variety in that. I mean what's one more chicken tender? Also, I just discovered the Chick-fil-A sauce, which is now a must have what I order from there. Goes great on everything including the waffle fries. Today, happened to go inside which I rarely do but it happened today. I noticed that they had a seasonal peppermint chip milkshake so I decided to give it a whirl and maybe make a YouTube short about it. All went well but the table I went to and sat down at had several flies flying around it during the course of my meal. Period. That is really Too much for any place that you go into. Where do they come from? What's going on over there? I ended up having to get up and move to a table in the center which was fine, free of flies, but I did notice a man sitting at a table across the restaurant swatting them away. Holy cow. It could be a freak occurrence, and it won't keep me from going back inside, but let's do something about the flies! That being said, they do have the drive-through situation down pat. Cars could be a mile long out there and they still get you through pretty quickly.

Ambience-A little busy. Service-nice guy, but was difficult to hear bc he was so soft-spoken. Food-Ordered the 8piece w waffle fries and a strawberry milkshake. Hubby had the chicken sandwich. Not greasy and good pieces of chicken. My only gripe w Chick-fil-a is the saltiness. It's a tad bit too salty for me. But I do love their waffle fries. Strawberry milkshake is yummy as well. Has a malt flavor. Topped w whipped cream and a cherry.

Went in today to get lunch. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with an order of Pimento cheese on the side. I paid $3.99 for the side of Pimento cheese but what I received was not worth the price! I was not given the cup of as advertised, I was instead given a tiny clear plastic cup. Upon returning it, I was told that this cup was the one the cheese comes in however I beg to differ as the website says otherwise.

I'd like to commend the managers and staff of the Chick-fil-A on Airport Blvd in Mobile, Al as they helped my dad so carefully and with compassion, after he fell outside the restaurant on March 27, 2025. Their quick care, calling paramedics and checking on him was next level service.

Quick service and the manager let me know to have them mark gluten allergy so they will change gloves before prepping your food. Another great Chick-fil-A customer service experience with no long wait.

Attention to details. Friendly staff. Spacious and CLEAN dining area. Fresh and healthy inspired ingredients. They are a fast food joint now popping up all over the nation. They specialize originally the chicken sandwich since 1964, now does everything you can imagine with chicken. Food is decent, quality sits between McDonald's and gourmet sandwich shops. Prices are very reasonable.

What happened to kind customer service . The people that initially take the order in the drive-through ALWAYS kind, polite and seem to care . EVERYTIME I get to the window to get my food they are rude , short and want to throw your food at you . There is one girl that works has a black wrap on her head that is always speaking to other employees, uses no pleasantries and NEVER smiles !! If you don't like your job then look elsewhere . Think the college drive location really needs to find some better associates to work the window . Thanks again to the stellar employees taking the orders !!!!

Very disappointed and upset with the service I received tonight. I ordered a Cobb salad with spicy chicken...no bacon. I can't eat bacon. There is bacon on this damn salad. I asked for my chicken on the side the chicken was on the salad. And I didn't receive any red pepper croutons, which is supposed to come with the salad. You all rushed this order that I can not eat.
