The food and great and comes out quick. Service is great. The food is also very affordable and the kids meals come with more than enough food. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

This was a nice surprise. We were looking around for something to eat quickly and this popped up on the search. We decided to try it out. We got a family style order so we tried just about everything on the menu. It was good. We will definitely will be back.

Big fan of cowboy chicken! The food is always cooked well and the sides are delish. The place is always pretty clean and service is reasonable. We usually order the 3-pc dark, half chicken, or whole chicken. I've found their basic chicken dishes are much better than anything else. On Mondays, they offer a free kids meal with the purchase of an adult entree. We typically can feed our family of 4 (with slight leftovers) for $30, which is pretty budget friendly when not cooking at home, especially given the quality of food. My kids enjoy watching the rotisserie.... in a way, it's nice that there isn't a playground so my kids stay focused on eating. I'd add a fifth star if they had more vegetable options as sides!

Love their chicken and the yeast . Don't forget to ask for barbecue sauce because it is so good! My favorite side is their Mexican street corn. I would probably go just for that!

This review is only on the Baton Rouge LA location . Been wanting to try this place and it definitely was not worth the wait. The service was not good from the start. One person working the counter and halfway through taking our order, he stops to tend to a to-go order. Left us waiting for over 5 minutes. We get our food and the sides are slightly warm or cold. The chicken & brisket was cold. The dark meat chicken was dry for the most part. Very disappointed all around. $40 down the drain.

I had a 3piece dark meat. 2 thighs were the smallest I've ever seen. 1 leg was normal size. The green beans I couldn't even eat. So hard. I felt over priced for what I got.

I have visited this location only one time prior and that was to pick up the rotisserie chicken that my parents absolutely love. Today I decided to have lunch in the restaurant. I had the 3 chicken enchiladas with Mexican street corn and Spanish rice. I also had the homemade lemonade. The tomatillo sour cream sauce has a very fresh and slightly spicy bite, which pairs perfectly with the white meat chicken. The Spanish rice was a bit dry but still had an overall nice flavor. I was disappointed in the Mexican street corn as this is one of my fav sides whenever I eat Mexican dishes. It was not fresh so the corn was a bit hard in texture and the cilantro had wilted to the point that it lost most of its flavor. The homemade lemon taste really good so I had to get a quick refill on my way out. The restroom and dining area itself was very clean. The staff was also very friendly.

Cowboy Chicken is pretty consistent, and the sides are surprisingly good. We like the mac n cheese, love the fries, like the okra, beans, and yellow rice. It's always clean and peaceful there also. We like to dine in and try all the different juices. My favorite is the strawberry lemonade. The price of the whole chicken is around $11 or so so we typically get 2 whole chickens, cut, and a texas side size. Which allows us to feed ojr family of 6 (4 littles under 8 years old and 2 adults) under $30. The ppl who work there are nice!
