I was raised in Baton Rouge and I have never come across such a rude person. My fiancé and I were basically harassed the minute Jennifer opened the door. We are not white so all we can do is assume that our skin color was the problem for her, because before we could even say anything she was mean to us. We were looking forward to meeting with this company and getting creative for a fusion wedding meal, but no such luck. She basically accused us of looking for a free meal, which is weird. I understand if we don't look like her ideal client, but I don't understand how this lady felt like it was okay to yell at us in her place of business.

I have had three daughters marry within 5 years and I had family fly in from all over the country. I am originally from the north and our weddings are different. They are plated, multiple courses with assigned seating. Very difficult to find in Baton Rouge other than the standard hotel fair. So to not disappoint my family, mostly my father I hired the best caterer I know. Which was Culinary Production's. Look, I am in the business, not easy to work with. But my father talked about their food until the day he died. We talked about food a lot. Any important event deserves time.
