Disappointed that they took my favorite The Veggie Club off the menu but what can you do. Still great sandwiches and I'll just order the #6 Veggie from now on. As with most places in this area you have to park under the overpass in back of the building. It's no big deal to me but should be noted. Nice place to eat inside because it's never to crowded but also easy to order to take on the go. Also, they deliver. Doesn't take too long in my area.

The sandwiches are amazing here. My order was prepared freakishly fast. The staff was very nice, but for some reason they handed me my sandwiches instead of putting it all in a bag? I'm not sure if this location is eco-friendly or something, but that was the only inconvenience other than the parking. I think the storefront is in a good area, but I don't think they have a parking lot like other locations. You have to go past a couple of more businesses and turn a corner and park behind the store kind of underneath the overpass.

I love jimmy johns and usually have no problem ordering delivery. This time I never got a notification that my food was delivered and the bag smelled like a straight up dog, the paper bag and the paper my sandwich was wrapped in smelled like a dog rolled all over it. Whoever doesn't clean their car to the point that it makes food smell like dog during a 7 minute drive, maybe consider doing so? Really ruined my appetite, I'll just pick it up next time and they'll miss out on my next tip :(

Delicious sandwiches.. This is my favorite sandwich place hands down. Deliciously fresh ingredients consistently made into the ultimate munchie. However, the sandwiches were better with the sprouts. BYOS if you eat here.

This JJ's location is the bomb. They deliver fast... some would say freaky fast. Because they're so fast, I think we eat way too much Jimmy John's. Buy whaddayagonnado? Whatever high school student is slicing the pickles kills it every night.

I love Jimmy Johns and order regularly, but lately they've been doing a bad job. A few weeks ago I ordered a delivery. Took them over an hour and then I didn't have everything I ordered. Again today, I ordered delivery and it took long but then not everything was on my sandwhich that was supposed to be. I wish they were better on communicating with customers if (a) it is going to be longer than usual or (b) they are out of something that was ordered. do better.

I will discuss the two times I have eaten here. The first time I was with my sister and her friend. I got the Big John #2, and my sister and her friend both got another sandwich. I was surprised that is was so cheap! It was just $17.50 ish for all three of us but no chips and drinks (we just got the free water cup). The service here is so freaking fast that I could not stop talking about it. I have never seen someone make a sandwich let alone a meal that quickly. My sandwich was really really good!! It took me forever to finish it!! The second time, I ordered for delivery. I got once again the #2. It came in about 30 min, and I am about 2 miles away from the nearest one. When the meal came, my bread was kind of hard but still pretty good. I was not as great as it was in the store. I look forward to coming again to the restaurant.

Ordered sandwiches at noon. At 1:26 they are still not here. Called store. They said "it's not our fault, we only have one driver today and we under projected demand. You just need to be patient." We replied, we have waited over and hour and a half. Food will be soggy, drinks watered down. Could you perhaps let people know how long delivery will be when you order so we could have adjusted our plans." No one said " sorry for inconvenience" just "you need to be patient" Manager was very rude. Clearly business is not appreciated when they have not planned on it! ,

The staff was amazing. We had an error with the website when placing our order online. The manager went out of her way to call other stores to see if our order went to another location. Then she rolled up her sleeves and made our order her self so that it was done quickly and correctly. I will definitely go back to this location.
