Did an online app pickup order ... walked in and want greeted by the four staff members. I looked around for the pickup area - went to one spot and didn't see anything...turned a few circles, waited on them to finish chatting, found my order for pickup in a space I overlooked. The number of times I have ordered takeout/ catered food here officially should make me their star customer, lol! But, seriously, their sandwiches are awesome! I love the veggie with light cheese - the bread is just amazing. Other favs around work are the turkey tom and the tuna. They never mess up any orders (I have ordered for 20+ people too) and make sure each box is well labeled. If I ask for extra pickles because one of my coworkers loves them, they will add 4 more to her box, haha! They are also on time with the orders, so no complains here!

How can you go wrong with Jimmy Johns? They are a very fast paced establishment yet they still manage to be friendly. Decent variety of sandwiches made fresh and fast for a fair price.

The last two orders I made were messed up. One, about a month ago, took an hour and a half to arrive. The one I placed today did arrive but the wrong type of sandwich was delivered and they forgot my drink. Rather than a refund for such poor service, they suggested that instead of using the online ordering portal, that I call my order in and I will get a credit. There are a lot of other options downtown for quality food with equally good service. I would suggest you avoid this one unless you like getting your orders consistently messed up and a poor response to any complaints. The people here just do not care.

I'm in Baton Rouge for a meeting and its was decided to order out for lunch. Delivery was fast. I ordered a #2 big John. Once again I wondered "where's the beef?" I'm not sure if all of the jimmy johns or not that do this. This is my 3rd time trying it. Bummer.

I love Jimmy John's no matter where it is located but amongst the bars on Third St. in Baton Rouge it is perfectly situated for the late night munchies jones. Chips are dee-lish.

I just received the worst service ever. It is storming outside. I drove to their restaurant and walked down to place multiple orders for coworkers and myself. They started taking my order then the manager walks over and says "we don't have enough food to complete her order." I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT! It was only 14 sandwiches. I am appalled at the lack of customer service that this company provided on today. We eat at this restaurant all the time. I will make a point to share my poor experience with everyone I know. No one should be treated like this. Shame on you. My experience was horrible!
