This location by far is the worst! I understand it's a fast food restaurant, but at the same time you do expect competency and complete accuracy of your order. The wait time is atrocious and your order is always wrong or sloppy. I would say that it has changed ownership or at least the managers on duty have changed. There is this guy with long hair that normally is there and he has the worst attitude ever, the food is always sloppy in the bag and a wrapper. Nothing is ever fresh especially the fries and when you ask about the freshness of your order, his quick response is "Well, Do you want a refund? " No, I want my order correctly like I indicated. Until this location improves with his managerial staff, employees and the service that it render I will no longer be stopping at this location. The inside is also an issue. The floors are sticky the area where the drinks are is always wet and sticky improperly stopped. It's like they just do not care at this location.

We stopped in while on the road to get a quick breakfast. Ordered using the self serve kiosk. Food was ready quickly and was hot and fresh. We ordered big breakfast with bacon and pancakes, bacon egg and cheese biscuit and McGriddles. They didn't have any ice so had to make the drinks in the back and didn't give any syrup. Luckily we decided to stay and eat, otherwise would have had dry pancakes.

My sandwich was hot. My fries were fresh. Unfortunately, my drink was not what I asked for. Also, the size of my order was not correct when I got to the window to pick up my food. it felt rushed unfamiliar, and very as a matter of fact, I asked the young lady if I could have a buffalo hot sauce and she told me it's in the bag which not true because I didn't even ask for a buffalo hot sauce when I was ordering my food when I checked my bag I also realize that there was no ketchup in the size of my meal was not correct my drink I asked for a large iced coffee with only one pump of syrup because I didn't have vanilla sugar-free and when I got to my car to drink my coffee, it was the sweetest thing ever I'm prediabetic so that drink was just a waste of money. Do not stop at McDonald's. It is not good.

Just came in this Mcdonlds around 6:45pm on 8/13/25. Got a number one and a double cheeseburger with a small fry and large Coke. They forgot my small fry so I went back around and let the lady at the second window know. A girl from behind the window said I didn't get a small fry. So I gave them my receipt (which they didn't give back). Then she said Oh I put that small fry in there. So I said well I didn't drive back around here for my health. And she said I didn't ask you. Very unprofessional.

The bathroom was so disgusting I would NEVER eat here. Poop all on toilet hair in the sink toilet paper on the ground. The way it's set up to pick up orders they can't even see you standing there

It was the absolute worst! I am often kind on reviews but this is an exception. After 8 hours of driving I arrived at the drive-thru at 9:00 pm. The young lady who took my order was kind and friendly, but the young gentleman who took my order never said a word, appeared to have no interest and handling my food, and worse than that, his lowered pants offered a clear view of his underwater. It was so disgusting, had I not already paid, I would have left. I will never, under any circumstances, return to this location. I only started going back since they have the $5 deal, but that is over now. Get your management under control. I do not hold him accountable, only management. I suspect he did not just pull them down and it is habitual. And my fries were cold, there was no straw, and my sauce was missing. Absolutely deplorable and disgusting.

This McDonald's sucks!!! Been waiting for 40 mins now two cars in front of me!! Not sure what's the hold up but my guess nobody just wants to work these days! Finally I got my fries 55 mins later. I told the person this was ridiculous. And she said yes it was! WOW
