There is a cleaning lady that was SO rude. No interpersonal skills whatsoever. It made the stay a little unbearable. The room smelled of must when I arrived. I had to spray so much air freshener.... I'll never return to this hotel.

I stayed here for 2 days and checked out early because of bed bug bites. Because of the hurricane hotels were at full capacity. I submitted a complaint via email with pictures and Wyndham informed me that each location is independent and I'd have to contact the owner directly. I called Ronak Patel. 3636 Ne Randolph Rd Kansas City, MO, 64161 (901) 412-2988 He said he'd call the manager and follow up wth me. I waited s couple of weeks and I didn't hear from him. I called back and he said he doesn't know anything I talk to the manager of the hotel. Pass the buck. ****Do not stay here!!!!****

FILTH is the only word that sums up this place. They charged me 287.00 and please see attached pictures. I had driven over 600 miles and all hotels ion NOLA were full. After going through Wyndham and booking this room under my membership , I stopped here as the only option other than sleeping in my car. This place is revolting. Desk personnel are unprofessional and apathetic. I can't blame them working in such a nasty disgusting place kills the spirit. The room including carpet and sofa had what looks like semen sprayed all over it from multiple persons. Carpet, iron board, floor, elevator , everywhere you look filth. I'll be filing a formal complaint with Wyndham , also better business and health department . This place is better suited to rent out rooms by the hour to hookers and drug addicts who don't really concern themselves with a clean place to lay their head.

For a 1 night stay & got a great deal on the hotel overall our experience was good & no complaints. The hotel is very close to the Baton Rouge airport & super close to places to eat at. This hotel location does have a pool & shuttle bus. The double bed room was kinda tight with not much walking space but there were 4 of us in the room. The rooms do have a small refrigerator & microwave. They also serve a continental breakfast but just know it's very light. Helpful tip: NO stealing of the towels & pillows because they will charge your butt for them ;)...there's a sign saying just that. Overall I would recommend this hotel especially if you're on a budget & the hotel is in a safe area. -Rebecca out

WORST hotel I have stayed in. They have cockroaches, very pitiful breakfast, unclean rooms with nothing wiped down and everything falling apart, closed gym and pool, and the staff have terrible attitudes.

I asked for a refund and to just cancel, the front desk lady said after 30 minutes there's no refund WOW I am completely flabbergasted. From the bed, to the bathroom, to the microwave, to the sofa, to the smell when heading to your room EVERYTHING IS HORRIBLE ! Please do NOT waste your time, money, OR health staying here. I'm pretty sure sleeping in these beds or on the sofa you'll contract a STD.

No. No. No. I will say yes, the manager was wonderful. I had to ask her to put us in a different room and she did not hesitate. Otherwise, there is a Spring Hill Suites right next door. Now I didn't see their rooms because it was so late, but I would say take a risk on them over this place. This Wyndham is conveniently located near the airport and right off I-10 for those, like us, passing through. We thought that the Wyndham name, given my husband is a member, gave some semblance of consistency as the other locations at which we've stayed. Not at all. Our room appeared as though it had not been cleaned, that day, that week, or that month. The bathroom wall and floor had what appeared to be blood splatter. The microwave had a white substance inside and on the plate, the area around the refrigerator was so dusty and the inside and front had spills that hadn't been cleaned. The wall under the bar/table and above the sink had some food or drink splatter as well. There were oily hand prints on the wardrobe and room divider. The sofa was stained as well as the carpet just underneath. I would say that the room had been missed by the cleaning crew, but he beds were made and the toiletries were refreshed. There really needs to be better quality control by the housekeeping manager. They do not offer breakfast at this location. Which is good; based upon the cleaning standards, I wouldn't have eaten it.

RUDE. SCARY. THE OPPOSITE OF SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Got in late around 4:00 am. We were told to come back after 3:00 pm due to the hotel being 'full' even though our reservation was for that same day. Not even a hello. No greeting. A smile? Forget it. After showing our reservation we were checked in. We had to go up to the room 3 times to get the key to work. Eventually being given keys to different rooms in spite of the hotel being 'full.' Asked for a late checkout and we're told to call ourselves in the morning to the am clerk. So we left a note. Called as well. Literally we were hung up on the next morning. (We were checking in on a Saturday and out on a Sunday. So I'm quite sure there were less guests on Sunday as well as a lot of rooms to clean. So why would late checkout be such an issue?) AC didn't work in the hallways. Super loud music blasting at 4:18 am. Clerk walked by numerous times and never said a word. Dirty carpet. Phone in the room was filthy as well. Someone broke into a car in the parking lot that evening and the glass was all over the parking lot. Here's the best part. Expedia gave this place a super high rating. WTH?!? Will NEVER trust Expedia or Wyndham again. Good luck if you do.

i paid 300$ for 2 nights, the room smelled like mold, the floor was wet, towels were dingy and i decided to check out early. my check out date was for tomorrow and i decided to check out today. the front desk clerk was very rude and unprofessional and denied me my money for the day i didn't use. ($100) plus my deposit bc i dumped my purse out on the dresser to put my personal batteries in the remote control and still couldn't use the tv. they accused me of smoking in the room which was not true bc i threw away some butts that were in my purse. she also was all in my phone conversation and she was constantly trying to make me stay after i repeatedly told her i wanted to check out. she also cursed me out and called me derogatory names because i told her to mind her business and stay out of my conversation . i then went to the vending machine for a snack and then she started harassing me and calling me a drug addict for no reason and she called the police on me and had me banned for trying to buy a snack bc i was hungry. i was also trying to buy some candy for two toddlers who had asked me to get them some chocolate . she basically stole $200 from me bc i didn't want to stay the extra day and i literally was only at the hotel for maybe 10 hours. and my checkout was literally scheduled for 7/12/2022 . she also continued to smurk and make snude comments to me as i was walking out the door and she was very argumentative and unprofessional and i literally went downstairs at 11:20 am bc i was trying to find a ride bc the person that i came with left me stranded at 7:30am against my wishes. i should not have been treated this way and she called subway and told them i was on drugs bc i went inside to use th restroom and change clothes and charge my phone with the intent to get something to eat. i have never been treated with such disrespect at a hotel. nor denied money that was obviously owed to me. bc i didn't even stay there for two nights.
