We hired Riverside Limousines to transport us from L'auberge Casino to the River Center for a concert. The service was spectacular. Our driver, Mike, made the experience even better. The limo was spotlessly clean, the ice buckets were full of fresh ice and clean glasses. We had an 8 passenger limo and there were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. The limo was top of the line and had all the bells and whistles, so much so that Mike had to help us with the air conditioner and radio controls.....LOL.... If you are in the Baton Rouge area, call Riverside Limousines. We highly recommend their service.

Wow! Life savers! Last minute when no one else would help us these wonderful people jumped in to help my sister who got stranded at the airport after being diverted to BR. They arrived early to pick her up all while texting me updates on not only their early arrival but also keeping me posted on her flight status. Now my sister can be transported to NOLO safely with great service after a long awful day of airport travel. United Airlines should take notes on customer service from Riverside Transportation! Spent a few days in Baton Rouge for work and needed to shuttle around 19 people between site visits. Our schedule was often changing throughout our week there, so we needed some last-minute reservations and often required the drivers to hang around for hours until our group wrapped up meetings. Riverside's team was fantastic -- the reception team made the reservations quickly and accommodated all of our scheduling needs, the drivers were prompt and courteous, the large vehicles were comfortable and clean, and the owner even followed up after our trip to ensure that our transportation was satisfactory. I was quite satisfied with their service and wish that all of my experiences with hiring transportation companies went this well! Wade, Ramona, and all of our drivers deserve the praise! I would definitely recommend Riverside for reliable transportation for large groups.

We hired Riverside Limos for our daughter's birthday party. Our driver, Mr. Louie, who was the best ever, took care of all of 11 5th grade girl's needs spectacularly! Both the limo and the service was 1st class and incredible. Would highly recommend them to anyone, of course with Mr.Louie being the driver! In fact, our oldest daughter asked Mr.Louie to drive her for her Homecoming next year . This man is very patient, kind and truly enjoys what he does everyday.
