An awesome, no-frills burger joint with super affordable prices! Being my first time and the menu was quite intensive, the staff was very patient and made some great recs. I decided to try the mushroom burger with curly fries. I really enjoyed the burger; it was grilled really well and the mushrooms on top came with a nice dressing. The fries were served hot and crispy. Overall a great meal, highly recommend to all!

[Insert huge sigh here]. I will start off by saying, I'm not sure how this place passes health inspections. The outside of the building looks nice, the inside could use a deep cleaning. Every piece of kitchen equipment I could see from the front counter was disgusting. I highlighted just one of the photos. The prep time for the burger was average. I did notice the establishment is frequented by groups of males on lunch breaks. My meal came out on a flimsy paper plate on a red tray. The tray was dirty and greasy, like it was already used by another customer and not cleaned. The table had seasonings and ketchup. The only clean item was the ketchup. The pepper shaker was disgusting. The Cajun Seasonings was clumpy and would not come out of the container. The burger patty was not even warm enough to melt the cheese. For the sake of the review, I tasted the burger and onion tanglers. The burger was ok, but barely warm. The onion tanglers were surprisingly good. The restaurant has a small town diner feel.

so I visited Riverside Patty on yesterday I ordered two bacon cheeseburger meals once I return to work with me and my coworkers food I noticed that they had left the bacon off both our burgers. So I called the restaurant to inform them of the mistake and they asked me to come back to the restaurant immediately. Let him know that I was at lunch and cant return with my food and would like a credit for the bacon on my burger. when I asked for the refund for the bacon on my burger, he immediately started yelling. My Son said it was on your burger so I took a picture and asked him if he would like me to send the picture back to him where the burger had never been bidding, fully dressed with no bacon hung up in my face very unprofessional when you're dealing with people in the public this is how you and your family survive I do have a great deal of Repect for family own business. but I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone ever again. I was very disappointed in the level of disrespect that I was given when you hung up in my face instead of just trying to solve the problem, I did not ask for my food to be remade. I asked to be credited for a meal that I didn't get.

Took forever to get my cheeseburger and sweet potato fries but the fries were fresh out of the fryer and delicious. I was vastly underwhelmed by the overcooked and unseasoned burger served on the dry crunchy bun. There was a very decent lunch crowd on a Saturday. I sat by an old man who was just obsessed with picking his nose, no shame. After making prolonged eye contact, he took the hint and proceeded to use a napkin. Whatever was in there was important, as he had zero social Grace. Fries were great, but not great enough reason to return. There is a 3.5% charge to use credit card. Prices are very reasonable and portions are large. The diners next to me used a napkin to cover the ketchup, salt, and pepper shakers before using those items. The restaurant seems very dirty. The tables are not wiped/cleaned between diners. The trash can flap where you dispose your waste after you eat is filthy, just layered with grit. As I write this, hoping I don't get sick later.....

I had the boudin balls and meat pie. It was good! I'm going back and try the hamburger before I leave Baton Rouge. It smelled too good and so many people was ordering them.

I've been hearing about this place for some time and I finally got to try it. I know some people complain about the older gentleman but I was pleasantly greated by a younger guy. I told him it was my first time there. He explained any questions that I had. I kept it simple and ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries. Overall everything was really good. I wish a patty had a little more seasoning but that's just personal preference. My food was ready in less than 10 minutes. I'll visit again. Next time I want to try the curly fries.
