"Sandwiches, salads, pizza and more". I have been to many Subway restaurants in my life. This is one I have been to several times and it is just sad. The employees do not look happy here; therefore, the experience is not always so exciting, when I come here. I have always liked Subway because you can pretty much control how you like your sandwich or salad done. It's always nice, when I get to see people make my food. There is something missing about this store and I cannot quite pinpoint it. Is it the lack in employee motivation? It's not often I step into a subway, but when I do, I don't expect a lot. I cannot leave with too many complaints because I have seen how my sandwich or salad is made. The ingredients don't look vibrant at all and I never get a sandwich with cold-cuts, but usually choose one of the meat or poultry sandwiches. If you are in a pinch, they always seem to the rescue. Though there is so much more competition out there for food right now (especially sandwiches), I only come by here, if I am desperate for something quick and healthy. This is the closest Subway to where I live, so I just wish the employees could be a bit more personable.

As being a former employee there the owner is downright dirty/filthy. His name is Kash and his last name is unknown. However, I would watch him touch all the vegetables and cookies with his bare hands, and serve customers as if nothing was wrong. His wife also does the same, and it's as if they both have no home training. He does not know how to run a business at all, also he yells in front of customers. I worked there two days and he did not want to pay me fully. He is amateurish/ unprofessional and if anyone considers working there please do not waste your time. He changes employees every other week. For example, you might get hired one day and within that same day he will fire you. The owner Kash is an ignorant individual. Any other subway is great though like the one on jones creek.

Terrible treatment by the owner of this subway. Had sandwich made and went to use weekly text coupon and as I went to pay I pushed the button to redeem as I do everytime I use them. It gives 5 minutes to redeem and the owner treated me with the utmost disrespect in front of other customers ... First asking what this coupon was (said he doesn't know what the weekly coupon is) and then yelled at me because I am not allowed to push redeem. (By the way ... They are a participating restaurant) I explained to him this is how I do it every time I use it and he continued to yell. I asked for his name and he told me it was none of my business and that he was the owner. Me and others walked out after seeing how he treats people! The subway on Essen is awesome ... Go there instead!
