I arrived tonight think that I would get great service and lo and be good thing where okay until I got my food half of the thing wasn't in the bag and my fries where cold so I ask for hot fries and the young man said no problem but when I went to bite into the chicken I had a long peace of hair in my food I brought it inside the young man was cool but the manger was a complete ass whole day I fix the food it that hair was not in there and I told her I don't have hair so where did it come from

They don't give change!? Bad attitudes and the food was the worst I've ever had from a Taco Bell. It was cold and made wrong. Never going back.

We ordered several items in our dinner including the $5 chalupa box dinner. First thing, we noticed is that it wasn't in the proper box that it usually comes in at all the other locations it was in a regular taco bell paper bag. Secondly, when we got home we took the tacos out to sort it ourselves and the tacos were sticky to the paper causing us to rip pieces of the tortilla off so we wouldn't eat the paper. Also, we opened up the chalupa and all the ingredients was pushed to one side and there was no meat. Its fast food but that chalupa was thrown together and it was definitely incomplete. We eat taco bell all the time, but rarely go to this location. We tried this one because the one on Lobdell was filthy the last time we went. We are very disappointed in Taco Bells in Baton Rouge lately.

Terrible service, they constantly run out of items. Close at random times. Honestly the general manager needs to be fired and a completely new staff should be brought in. It's sad that this Taco Bell has been operating like this for years.DO NOT COME HERE!

Terrible! I ordered a black bean crunch wrap, but they gave me a normal crunch wrap with meat on it... I don't eat meat. When I went back they gave me what I asked for but it taste like crap. Disgusting! It taste burnt or like it had chemicals in it! 0/10 would not recommend this location. But the only pro is the pineapple slush -10/10 delicious.

Miserable Frustrating Experience Daughter wanted 3 crunchy tacos, meat only, and a large Baja Blast. I went through the drive-thru and was told that the drive-thru register was not working; please come inside. I'm a forgiving guy, I can understand this, but after waiting third in line, I saw they were serving people in the drive-thru. My cashier had no idea why they told me it wasn't working before and said "I guess they got it working." So we're off to a bad start. What happened next is the antithesis of fast food. I placed my order "3 crunchy tacos, meat only, and a large Baja Blast" and was given a price that was suspicious, so I asked for an itemized receipt. This is a Taco Bell/KFC and the menus are very crowded. Finding out exactly how much everything is difficult with such crowded menus. I received two receipts; one itemized showing an extra $3.00 charge stamped 12:40pm; the second for the credit charge stamped 12:41pm. About a minute later I realized I had been overcharged. I immediately told my cashier and she immediately told the manager. Immediately. This is important. The manager was serving the food as it was prepared. She kept going back and forth from the counter where I was standing (within three feet of my face), but she did nothing to correct the issue. Every couple of minutes I tried to get her attention, but she ignored me. I asked the cashier about this and she told me she did not understand why the manager would not correct the charge to my credit card. I finally got my daughter's order after 12 minutes. It was not delivered by the manager, otherwise, having her attention, I could have said something about the overcharge. This is entirely too long to put meat into three taco shells and put a cup under a drink dispenser. I know it was 12 minutes because I asked the cashier for the time. She told me "12:52". My receipt said "12:40". I sent my daughter to the car and told her I still needed my money back. The manager still ignored me for a few more minutes until she said to the cashier "Just give him the money out of the drawer. Get the receipt back so we can balance at the end of the night." As I mentioned, this was a credit charge. Taco Bell had just proven to me that they were not well trained when using their own register. There was no way I was giving up my only proof of a credit charge. I needed this done as a charge-back. I told the manager "There is no way I'm selling you my only proof of a charge for cash. This has to be a charge-back." She finally stopped being indifferent to me and became rather put out. She figured out that the cashier had tried to make my order a combo to save me money, but the register did not do it that way. I told her all I said was "3 crunchy tacos, meat only, and a large Baja Blast" and that I never used the word "combo." I told her that I had waited 12 minutes for my food and that I was nearly 5 minutes beyond that waiting for her. We were not getting along. She told the cashier "Don't do that any more. If they order 10 tacos, just ring it up that way." Then she stared at the register for about a minute contemplating ... something. She then asked me for the itemized receipt saying that she could not do the charge back without it. I doubt this VERY much and don't care what her auditing problems are. She was a very rude woman and ignored me for so long that I no longer cared for her problems. But I had been there for so long and was so infuriated by the incompetence of this store as a whole, that I complied. After I took a photo of all the paperwork we had generated with this order. I got my charge-back for more than the initial $3 over charge. Somehow, she had figured out how to ring up the order as the combo and give me back the difference. I wonder if she'll tell the cashier how she did it. The charge-back receipt was time-stamped 12:58. That's 18 minutes after the order receipt was printed. I took the survey on the receipt. The on-line survey instructed me to write a code number on the receipt so I could get a free beverage the next time I visited that location. How could I do that if the manager took my receipt? I sent an email to corporate. I've heard nothing.

This is the LAST TIME I'm coming here! 12 people waiting for their food and the people here all look like they're moving in slow motion... Just walked outside and there's nine cars in the drive thru. The first customer in line at the counter says her order is completely wrong... I thought I'd give this place another try after my last experience here, doesn't look like they've gotten any better... I'll spend my money somewhere else from now on.
