This was my first time to New Orleans and we were rather confused as we pulled up to Caesars Palace. Once we found out our reservations were at the "Harris Tower. " we had to take a simple half mile walk around the corner to the old Harris hotel which we later found out went bankrupt and Cesar bought it and has yet to change the name. in this particular hotel, there were a number of issues at hand. The first room we had the toilet paper dispenser was missing/broken and someone just placed two rolls of toilet paper holder. I have a picture below. Rather odd to me, but I guess that works? The room also had a nice footstool at the bottom of each of the queen size beds, which we were able to put together as a little bed for another family member. It was rather hard to get a blow dryer for my sister-in-law and I guess they only have one blow dryer per floor. A week later, we stayed at the Harris Tower as well, but in room 801. That room was rather large, except one of the walls went up against the backside of the stairwell so every time someone went up and down the stairs, I could hear them. I'm also a light sleeper. The view out , the window was beautiful and face towards the French Quarter. Downstairs there's a steak restaurant and two restrooms one for men and one for women in the lobby area. It has a rather updated decor with beautiful marble floors and very comfortable chairs. Yet I'm highly sensitive to smells and the bathroom smelled like a very strong fake baby , wipe smell it actually gave me a headache so I chose to wait outside. Luckily outside in the covered area there were two heating lamps so I was able to stay warm. Everybody at the hotel, at the Harris Tower was incredibly helpful and polite. I love the hospitality and generous friendly nature of each of the employees. I wouldn't mind staying here again, but I'll bring my own hairdryer and sleep with the TV on, so I can't hear people in the stairwell. Lol Oh- there's a handful of great breakfast places nearby in walking distance and the French Quarter/bourbon Street is only a 15 minute walk from this location so that was rather helpful.

This lounge is for an older crowd because that is what the music is geared to. They serve food, mostly seafood plates. It's also free to get in prior to 7pm. Many of the seats are reserved so get in early!

A friend of a friend decided that I should see more than just the touristy stuff in New Orleans so she took us to this place. A local DJ does a live broadcast from here on Tuesday nights and he keeps the place rocking. He played all types of music to keep the crowd moving and having a good time. Now this place seems to be come as you are, but there were some peeps that was dressed to impress which I can appreciate and made me wanna step my game up...lol The place itself was huge with lots of tables for sitting and of course the dancing space in front of the stage was a nice size. I think they serve food here while the partying is going on. Parking situation was pretty much all over the place but my new found friend made it work.

Seafood Tuesdays! Go early and bring cash. They have boiled crabs, turkey necks, pig feet, shrimp, and your usual fixin's (potato, corn, and sausage). There's also boiled chicken wings, although I've never tried those. The line for food is always long. The price is great. I get the turkey neck plate (includes corn, potato, and sausage) and a single crab and I'm a happy girl! It's also great people watching and the music is great with 106.7 in the house.

I love Caesar's when visiting home, especially on a Tuesday night! So lively, good food inside or on the side in the parking lot if they run out. Good drinks and best music to dance to all night!

Ceasar's was poppin on a Tuesday! Now I won't front, if you aren't from the N.O. or use to certain crowds, you may be uncomfortable. I was a little uncomfortable myself because I could tell, that the crowd could tell, that I was an out-of-towner. LOL For my folk who party at hood joints, you know what I mean. I came here because my cousin suggested it, after I was asking around for a Black club with some good tunes. It's across the bridge, so we hopped in a uber. When we pulled up, police were outside and it was cars everywhere. It reminded me of the go-go. We went through a metal detector, cash only, and it was standing room, LIKE THE go-go. lol I'm not sure what music they were playing, dance or house..something local I guess. Wasn't feeling the music too much and it was a lot of old heads, so I ended up leaving. I was just happy to leave the quarter for a bit and vibe with some locals. I'd return next time with my cousin or someone from there.

Do not park in the parking lot, if it rains your car will be stuck in the mud. I had to call a tow truck and lots of other cars were stuck too. Other than my experience with the parking everything else was ok

Good music, good people! We wanted to step away from the French Quarter for a change! I would definitely recommend if you like partying to old school music, r&b, a little trap music.

We was at Ceasar on October 25, 2016. 106.7 was live there and what a great time we had. The food and music was off the chain. Ceasar will be our spot from now on. Thank you Adam Ceasar for having a place where grown folks can have a good time without the drama.
