Outstanding Service from Jake! We placed an online pickup order today for our family of six, and were blown away by the incredible service we received. When we arrived, Jake (not from State Farm!) greeted us with a warm, funny, and friendly attitude that instantly made us feel welcome. Our food had just been packed up and Jake reassured us that our timing was perfect--it was hot, fresh, and ready to go. We had ordered several different sauce flavors, and he took the time to confirm that everything was included. When he noticed the BBQ sauce was unavailable, he didn't just apologize--he made sure to pack some in to-go cups so we wouldn't miss out. That kind of attention to detail and care is rare. Jake's exceptional demeanor made this pickup experience truly memorable. We're visiting from California, and this was our last quick bite before heading to the airport. Thanks to Jake, we're leaving with full stomachs and a lasting positive impression. We've already told our family out here about the amazing service, and we'll definitely be back on our next visit!

I don't eat DQ often, as there isn't one close by my house, so I decided to get some since I was out shopping. I wanted to try one of their burgers but wasn't sure which one to pick. Their menu isn't very descriptive as it doesn't tell you what each burger has on it. They all have different names but doesn't say if it includes a sauce, what type of cheese is on the burger, and etc. I knew I didn't want a plain cheeseburger and I'm not a big bacon fan so I decided to try the flamethrower. The guy asked if I wanted onion rings or fries. While it says on the menu that onion rings are more, I think when offering it to people they should say would you like to have it with fries, or substitute it for onion rings for an additional $1.39. I didn't mind paying extra for onion rings because I wanted them, but for others who may not want to pay extra they should mention that it costs more when they offer it. Nonetheless, the food came out hot. The guy at the window was really nice too. Onion rings were pretty good for a fast food place. The patty on the burger had a good flavor and it was nice and hot (could tell it was fresh and hadn't been sitting) however I did not like the sauce that came on the burger. I guess it was some kind of hot sauce that was on it. I know it was called the flamethrower but I just expected a spicy patty not that sauce. If it would've been listed on the menu I would've said sauce on the side or no sauce. I'd probably try another burger next time or just ask for no sauce.

EVERY SINGLE TIME IT NEVER FAILS. They always screw up my order. Got a couple combos. Waited 20 mins before it was even done.. and they forgot my blizzard... I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF THESE LAZY PEOPLE WORKING THERE. How hard is your job? If I did that in my job I'd be out of business

Fresh and worth the wait. Jake was so nice, and helpful. This was my first time ever at DQ. My little nephew and I had a lunch date while on the WestBank. I ate my hamburger in about 3 minutes. I had a bacon cheeseburger add bbq sauce with onion rings and a strawberry milkshake. It was so good and so fresh. I told my nephew that this will be our monthly outing.

Waited an extended amount of time in the drive thru line. Could barely understand employee through speaker as they were mumbling not speaking clearly. We ordered and were told to pull around for total. Eventually we made it to the window only to be told they did not have the ingredients to make what we ordered. What a waste over 20 minutes.

While on vacation with my family in May 2020. We were looking for dessert during the Covid pandemic time. Most businesses were closed except for DQ. Service was great- no issues. Two of us got Mint Oreo cookies and one got the Strawberry cheesecake! They were yum! We were happy travelers!!

This was my first time stopping at DQ since college which was 20 yrs ago. What brought me here was that I could get rotisserie chicken instead of fried and it is next door to my job. First of all they were ridiculously under staffed. The poor girl taking my order inside was also taking drive thru orders and many other things. She was very nice but obviously was expected to do way too much! There was also only one cook trying to take care of all the orders at lunch time. Needless to say the wait time was very long. It wasn't their fault though. The chicken was so juicy and tender. It was delicious. I got a side of onion rings for my husband. The serving was a bit small for the price. They were typical fast food onion rings. Overall I'll probably stop in again since they have something I can't get anywhere else.

Horrible customer service! Waited in line and was given someone else order, had to wait for mine and then it was still wrong. They swear it was write but I have been to this location and get the same thing every time. Instead of being apologetic and nicely explaining it two employees came out attacking me saying it was the right way. Then teach all your employees to make it the same.

Dq has stepped up their game. I come here at least once a week due to the husband's cravings for Oreo blizzards and the staff is so friendly and service has been quick!!! Son loves the chicken fried steak fingers w gravy too. Yummmmm!

The worst customer service of any fast food chain! Very dirty as well. Tables were sticky & bathroom was a mess. I waited inside for my order & everyone after me came & left. I saw my order sitting under the light & had to ask for it. I also asked for my ice cream to be served with my meal & I was finished eating & had to wait once again by the counter & take it to go. Foolishly I tried again in the drive through & the crew member was very rude. I won't be back.
