We enjoyed an extended stay here exploring many areas, farmers markets, local businesses and more, both near and far. Unfortunately, both of us got ill so we spent a considerable amount of time in the room. But, the room was spotless and well-appointed and the staff are truly wonderful and helpful. With many choices of hotels, it's the leadership and staff that made all the difference for us. Please allow me to call out a few or perhaps many staff members for their professional, polite, friendly and excellent service. In order that I met them... Erika behind the front desk was pleasant and helpful! Charles, the manager, made sure things were right and staff and guests were happy! Churell, the front office manager, made sure we were taken care of and had what we needed. Nyesha was very helpful and nice. Olivia was very nice. Maia, who runs the kitchen on the weekend, was personable and very helpful. Ari was friendly and helpful, always making sure we were all good. Dreka was also pleasant and very helpful. Dominique was also very helpful. Lewis took the time to explain to me what was happening when there was a false fire alarm one morning. Thanks Lewis! Regina was pleasant and helpful. Magnolia keeps breakfast perfect, clean and well stocked. Good coffee too! And finally, last but definitely not least, Lakisha was also pleasant and helpful. Life is good with positive, helpful, professional and friendly staff! We hope to be back when we are in better health!

WORST FRONT RECEPTIONIST SERVICE - NIEGA NAESHA SHOULD BE FIRED. She is disrespectful, rude, uneducated, and lazy. I requested towels and told me TO COME GET THEM MYSELF! I have a full conversation by text. She came around and claimed I was being racists when that is her name. She called the police and we were escorted out of the hotel with out any explanation. Just because she made false accusations. Charles the manger backed her up even though he was not at the property. They will believe this person on this just imagine she makes up any other thing to get her way. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Value, service, easy check- in and out, free parking, and a modern setting. The lobby, common, and guest rooms are very clean. The bed was uncomfortable but it was clean and allowed for rest. Now, the breakfast needs some upgrades. I'm used to waffles at Hiltons and some other options..that evening reception on Wednesdays is a cool way to interact and introduce yourself to other guests. We met a nice couple from Kentucky that we played cards with and interacted with throughout the stay.

We were traveling from Michigan and our flight got in extremely early. We got to the hotel about 3 hours early. They got us in pretty quick which was amazing after a long day of travel. The room was very clean. It was simple quaint and well kept for a very reasonable price. We are going on a cruise the next day after our stay and we booked another night for when we get back. They are doing a really great job here. They held our bags so we could walk over to the mall. The front desk people were exceptionally nice and accommodating. Thank you for such a great stay, we will see you when we get back to the states!

A very average stay, which sadly is the best we have experienced with Hilton recently. These rooms are a little newer and nicer than other locations which was nice. The lot also seems to be in a decently safe area which is also nice. I wish I could say more, but again, it was average, no more and no less.

Fleas. Hair in the fridge. Dog hair, stains, and trash on the carpet. We were woken up at 1am by people trying to check-in to our room? The ONLY reason this place gets a star is because the staff was polite- throw everything else away.

Got to the hotel in the evening very tired feo driving from Texas. Upon our arrival the air conditioning wasn't working, the customer service was just terrible, they only offered to give us a fan. So do not expect any good service here, also walls are very thin. To top things off, breakfast is only till 9am, so basically no breakfast for us. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Had a great experience - we ended up here after the Courtyard Marriott right next door cancelled our reservations last minute and tried to price gauge us. It was very clean and roomy, would recommend.

Scam!! I was billed 70$ a night more than if I walked in with no reservation. I informed the representative that we checked in with the lower rate on their website and she said she would change it no problem. I receive my bill and was charged the higher rate. Called the help line and they did nothing!
